The team at Marci is awesome. Jonathan helped us design his and her's rings for our wedding and was so easy to work with, even on our tight timeline. From initial designs, to small tweaks, he made the experience truly enjoyable. And the end product was amazing!

My experience with Marci Jewelry could not have been better. The sales staff were helpful, sharing information and suggestions, and they made it so comfortable selecting a new wedding set- no rush, always accommodating. From trying out different sets (great selection), examining my diamond (so interesting!) and providing an upcoming promotion discount (thank you!), I was well taken care of. So thankful I have a reliable jeweler to return to from now on.

We went to go get my mom a Christmas present, she wanted a diamond ring for her anniversary. Marci jewelry had the best reviews so it was the first place that we went to. They only sell natural diamonds and it was important to me to get a certificate to ensure they were not conflict diamonds etc. We were helped by John who was celebrating his 40 anniversary at the store.

He is a gem (no pun intended) and a genuine pleasure to work with. He went into great detail and helped my mom find the perfect ring within our budget. They also trade gold and other fine jewelry and she was able to trade in an old ring that she does not wear anymore. They were able to get the ring to us before Christmas (in 5 days time). They do a lot of the work in house and sell in volume which is also how they are able to keep the price lower than competitors. Overall, great experience and try to get to work with John!

Marci Jewelry is our family jeweler. John and the staff have become like family to us. John has helped out design some beautiful pieces for family. The provide great follow-up service. I highly recommend this store for your jewelry needs. They are all friendly, helpful and easy to work with. They sell quality pieces that they stand by.

We have been Marci customers for almost 30 years. I know this because we bought my engagement ring there. And our wedding bands. Then a few years later we upsized the center stone and bought a 3-stone anniversary ring as well. Today we picked up a custom ring where a stone from our grandmother's ring was reset into a stunning ring that brought tears to my eyes.

For over 30 years John at Marci Jewelry of Bellevue has custom designed and created one of a kind heirloom jewelry with hand selected stones for my mom and me. Their craftsmanship has always exceeded our expectations. On a complimentary quarterly cleaning and inspection of my jewelry, John noticed my diamond center stone had shattered. He had me contact my insurance company to place the claim.

As with any insurance claim, the adjuster was very intimidating. Acting on my behalf and my best interest John handled the entire claim. Meantime John located a replacement and i have continued to upgrade my my main stone over the years. My husband and I have been married for eight years and during that time, we were never able to afford to have real wedding bands other than cheap lookalike rings we got off Amazon for under $20. This was an absolutely perfect experience from the idea phase down to the presentation of the ring. I am sorry to be giving this store a low review. The people and store are very nice. I needed a quote on sizing and fixing 2 rings due to weight loss. One is 18k the other is 14k. Marci estimate around $1000 ea ring Family jeweler in Minneapolis $50 a ring. Needless to say I was in shock.

My fiance recently purchased my engagement ring from Marci Jewelry and we couldn't be happier. He had he the most wonderful experience during the purchase and the ring is absolutely perfect for me. I was looking for a gold or platinum mens wedding ring. I wanted something that was of value like my brides engagement ring. A ring that will last forever and at least cost more than our wedding cake! Every jewelry store you go they have a bunch of those cheap tungsten rings. And a few gold rings that look same. (FYI - Tungsten has no long term value) Then I found Marci Jewelry!

They had a LARGE selection of gold & platinum men's wedding rings! My favorite was the Carlex Rings! Very unique and different from the norm. I was even able to request some simple customizations to the ring. Very cool not everyone offers that! They were very helpful and had knowledgable staff. Thank You, John & Marci Jewelry!
