Fantastic one-of-a-kind store. Unique, quaint shop that designed and makes sterling silver and 14k gold jewelry right on the premises. Even the staff help make some of the pieces! Staff is very friendly, and prices are very reasonable. These stores barely exist anymore. Their classic "button bracelet" is famous in Connecticut. I've bought so many pieces for myself and as gifts. They engrave and ship, too!

Extremely poor customer service. Asked to speak about modifying a piece of jewelry, jeweler (who was in the shop) wouldn't even take the time to speak with me. Very disappointed. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
