Hannoush offers excellent customer service. The employees are courteous and address you immediately when you walk in. They also do great repair, enlarging and of course sales. Their prices are reasonable and jewelry designs are stunning!

My wife and I have nothing but amazing things to say. Kimberly was the best from talking on the phone to helping in person made our experience great and affordable. We will be returning and we found our new jeweler.

Tell people the truth! People are not stupid. being greedy gets you nowhere! Then My credit card turned around and told me it was on sale. I never did go back I let it go. (( i find out The rings are mass produced)) Last week I went back the springfield store to possible trade or sell the ring back. I find it very heavy it a nice ring. I don't where it much I was told no way!

It scrap we would never resell it again $75.00 max! For the scrap gold maybe a little more if you trade it in. It will be melted down! Taking advantage of people, special locals not a good way to think! :( practice business smart. I've done a lot of purchases with you folks in the past past no more! I did have the ring rechecked was offered $350.00. Decided I am keeping it. worth all the this trouble. I have it on all the time now as a reminder not to trust Jewelry stores!

I had lost my wedding ring and went to Hannoush in the Eastfield Mall. I had a different ring that needed to be sized down and also needed to purchase a wedding band to go with it. The salesperson was very helpful and patient as I picked out a band that would work with the ring. The jeweler did a beautiful job and the ring looks fantastic. I have had only great experiences with Hannoush and would highly recommend them.

OUTSTANDING staff and workmanship. I went to Hannoush Jewelers for a custom job, had no idea if they could do it nor did i have any idea of the cost. I felt that everyone [Jordan, Andre, Mike] treated me as though I was about to spend thousands of dollars! They listened, seemed interested in what I wanted, and provided me with an estimate. I returned about 2 weeks later and was uncertain how the piece came out, but to my ASTONISHMENT it was perfect! AND it was UNDER the estimated cost! Hannoush In eastfield mall is amazing customer service is beyond amazing they are caring an always make sure their customers are happy an satisfied! This store is as good as any upper tier Jewelry Store I've ever visited. Very knowledgeable about the Watches they carry and the prices are very reasonable. They are also eager to help in any way possible not just for the Sale but on the basis of superior customer service.

Very rude not friendly staff! Everything is overpriced in exaggerated numbers here. The woman especially are very lazy and rude. I asked the price of a stainless Rolex pre owned they quoted $12.5k when its used and stainless should be around half. When I asked why so much? She said "it's a Rolex" I then asked what year and she wouldn't bother looking. Terrible personality staff and crook numbers.

Mike was absolutely excellent to work with going over and beyond for me and my fiance. We met back in Fall 2019 when he helped us order a custom Gabriel & Co. engagement ring which came out stunning. We returned in June 2020 to purchase our wedding bands which he made a very smooth and easy process. Mike has a nice personality and works very efficiently. I appreciate his business and we are very happy with the overall customer service we received at Hannoush Jewelers. Thank you!

Not really sure how I feel about this place. Went in to talk about watches and it seemed like the sales people get frustrated when you ask questions. I'm not going to spend more than $1,000 on a watch and not ask questions sorry for the inconvenience. I took my business elsewhere where the salespeople actually knew what they were selling and answered all of my questions.

I went looking for engagement rings for my now wife and would typically shop around at multiple stores for a purchase like that. Hannoush was the first stop and ended up being my only stop. I worked with Sean, who helped me create a ring that was made locally and one that my wife absolutely loves. He answered every question with detail and no pressure to buy.

We went back and had our wedding rings made to match the engagement ring which look beautiful. I can't say enough about the service I was provided from the free ring cleanings to the expedited work they did when I was in a rush to get the wedding bands. I will definitely recommend Sean and Hannoush to anyone for a big decision such as this.

If you are looking for jewelry, I highly recommend Hannoush Jewelers at the West Farms Mall. Today, my boyfriend and I first stopped at Helzberg Diamonds and quickly exited after one of the salesmen was argumentative and condescending. Our next stop was Hannoush, and I could not be happier with the service. We worked with Michael, and he was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and listened to us when we explained what we were shopping for in a ring.

He went above and beyond explaining his recommendations and and the reasons behind them. We left extremely satisfied and are looking forward to picking up the custom creation in a few weeks. The next time I am shopping for jewelry, Hannoush will be the one and only place I visit. I honestly cannot say enough nice things about our experience.

Thirty years ago we walked into Hannoush and I found my small, simple sapphire and diamond engagement ring. Recently, the sapphire fell out without my realizing it. Not thinking Hannoush was a repair place, I went to two other high-end jewlers looking for a replacement. I had a $1000 limit. These two other places played games, and it came down to they either wanted me to buy something from their case ( all $2k or more) or a $2000 sapphire stone or a crappy $400 stone with clear spots in it.

We just happened to be in Enfield and thought ok, nothing else is working, let's see what Hannoush can do. To our utter amazement, Joe, the very same person who made my original ring, was sitting there at his workstation! They had multiple loose sapphires of many sizes right there for us to choose from. They also fixed and changes a number of other pieces I had needed fixed for a long time Very reasonably.

Go only to the Enfield store and work with Maria only. (Hoping I am remembering her name correctly! She has black long hair, somewhere around fifty. The kids working there have definite attitude and wouldn't work with my daughter on picking out a stone and designing a ring.until they realized she was with us. Maria literally worked with us for almost three hours.) I live quite a bit in Portland Maine and I will make the the trip to Enfield Hannoush always for my jewelry needs.

I rushed in not long before closing, frantically needing new batteries in a few watches. I left with a phenomenal, generous, and fast customer service experience. I will definitely be back!

I needed a new watch battery in almost every watch I own. They not only did them all for me in a short amount of time, but they took care of me on the price since I brought several at once. I highly recommend them!

If you want fine jewelry with fair price, definitely go to Hannoush. My parents recently purchased a ring for their 35th anniversary. After carefully selecting the diamonds and the bands, we were very pleased with the final product. The ring was absolutely brilliant! The craftsmanship was exceptional. The service here is excellent! I have bought several watches and a set of diamond earrings here and have only had great experiences. A few weeks ago I was there to have a watch resized. I had gone to several other places first as the watch was a gift and not from Hannoush but no one was willing to resize the watch as it is ceramic and apparently cracks rather easily. Finally, someone here was willing to resize the band for me! There was no wait at all and, as usual, the guy who helped me was incredibly friendly and helpful.

My grandparents and parents have been going to Hannoush since god knows when and now I understand why. The people at this location are as sweet as can be and went to extended lengths to fit my needs. The women they have working Alex and Ani are always giving suggestions and allowing me to fully look without being pressured. This is a reputable family owned business who truly care about their customers and will ensure happiness!

Honest Jeweler. Family owned business that is truly there to serve their customers. My experience has been nothing but exceptional. They worked with me on customizing a setting for an engagement ring and probably brought in over 30 diamonds for me to look at in order to find what I wanted. Not only did they work with me, but they gave me an unbeatable price.

Top notch. might be in a mall but they are certainly not in the same class as a Kays, Zales or Michaels. They are not pushy salesmen and they know their stuff. Highly recommend to anyone serious about jewelry.

The girls working behind the counter must not be in need of commission because let me tell you.they were downright rude. I went in with my sister to peruse their selection of Alex & Ani bracelets. When my sister asked if they carried the "collegiate line" the girl stared at her and turned to the other associate and said "what's that?" The other girl told her it was the bracelets for colleges.

The girl then had the audacity to reply loud enough for us to hear with the most snotty intonation "Well then why didn't she just say that?" We were totally taken aback by her rudeness and when we proceeded to request the specific college charm we were looking for she simply said "They don't make that one." When we informed her that they do in fact make the one we were looking for she said, "We only sell bracelets that people want." Are you effing kidding me?

You have now insulted customers multiple times in one conversation. We were the only ones in the store! Don't you work off of commission?! Alex & Ani should really be concerned about the salespeople that representing their jewelry lines. Watch your back. They've got a huge "Cash for Gold" sign on display, and they're one of the few places [perhaps the only place] that takes scrap gold at Westfarms. Given my experience earlier today, I believe they are aware of this, and take every advantage of it. I was shamelessly lowballed today. Thank god I shopped my gold around to several different places, because my final selling price at another jeweler was more than double than the estimate I got at Hannoush. I'm sure they're fine jewelry dealers. But when their offers for gold verge on price gouging, It's hard not to scratch my head about what kind of business they're running here.
