Very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable staff. My rings were fixed ahead of schedule and looked absolutely beautiful when I picked them up. They will definitely be our go to for any future needs.

All the 33 yrs I have lived in lowell I always went to Sickinger's. They are a family owned business and are the nicest people you would ever want to deal with. Still open is more than enough proof of that. I give them a 10.

This visit I updated the color of some of my jewelry and resized a ring. Everything was done in a couple days and looks amazing!

They are very friendly, helpful and patient. I was shown quite a few gemstones and given information on the various cuts. They gave me ideas of ways to get the look I wanted. It took me a long time to make decisions, but was never made to feel rushed. They repaired and made changes on two rings that mean a lot to me. Everything was perfect! I was comfortable leaving my jewelry with them, which I probably wouldn't have been anywhere other than a hometown jeweler. They have a nice selection of beautiful jewelry that seems reasonably priced.

Every single member of the staff is so sweet and so helpful! They did an incredible job fixing and cleaning my engagement ring multiple different times! I will definitely be going back if I need another fix or resizing Oh and did I mention how nice they are! Thank you Sickingers!

Their repairs are done in house which made it fast & efficient. I'm very happy with my repair & will definitely be back. =

I was served by Jim Sickinger who devoted considerable time to searching through catalogs for a charm depicting the country Hungary. He did not find one, but I appreciated the high quality of customer service. In the end, I purchased two charms for my daughter and daughter-in-law as well as a kid's ID bracelet for my grandson. I was very pleased.

I had bought my wedding set from a bigger jeweler and now that they closed all the stores within a 2 hour drive I decided to give Sickinger's a try! I had never heard anything bad about them and still haven't! They were great! Not only did I get my set back in record time (I was used to waiting 2+ weeks from the place I bought my set from) but it was also really well done! I love how it looks and I love that it's in town and they do GREAT work! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Sickinger's!

Repaired my broken ring, . Did a wonderful job., They were very nice an it was fast. Dropped it on a Tuesday or Wednesday an it was Ready Friday for pickup! Thank you for everything!
