It was my first visit today and definitely will not be the last. I was welcomed right away from the moment I entered the store. My salesperson was very nice and friendly and helped me to choose the best earrings. All staff is great there. The best customer service!

First time experience was nothing short of phenomenal. Kind, patient and extremely helpful with all my questions I had for them. Truly a wonderful 1st time experience I will remember for a life time. They gave me an opportunity and gained a loyal customer through their exceptional service and making my 1st experience one to remember. Way to go Albert's Diamond and Jewelers.

I enjoy visiting your Jewelry Store. When you walk through the doors of your store the staff is always friendly. I have had the pleasure of working with Anita since my first visit and she will continue to be the one I use as long as I live in Chicago. Last but not least I truly appreciate the fact that Albert's Jewelers has a layaway, something most places no longer have. I always feel special going to Albert's for Gifts and my jewelry needs.

I just had my ring sized, and I'm so impressed! They also polished it up, and it looks like a brand new ring. I can't believe I haven't left a review here yet, but this is my go-to place for jewelry, and Stacy is the absolute best! If you want someone to take care of you and help you find the perfect piece, she is the one!

My family and I went to Alberts for the Pandora sale they had going on over the weekend. Samantha was very helpful and patient as we looked over the charms and made our decisions. We made a couple separate transactions and she handled each one with care and professionalism. We will definitely be shopping there again! Thank you Samantha for the great experience!

For many years Albert's jewelers has had an impressive reputation for selling some of the most beautiful jewelry as well as having excellent customer service and today was no exception. My visit today was fantastic and I wanted to make sure the gentleman helping me today was acknowledged for his phenomenal customer service. Lucas is extremely knowledgeable and very professional.

He's very attentive and fast. He not only fixed my brand new non-working Tissot watch (purchased at a different store, not Albert's) but took the time to explain the issues I was experiencing in detail and in a way I could easily understand. He will definitely be my go to guy for all of my watch repair needs. I definitely recommend him! I'm thrilled my watch is now working beautifully but I also learned a valuable lesson today, my husband and I will only be purchasing our watches from Albert's. Shame on us for going elsewhere. It was amazing to first shop for my wedding ring and then to go back an purchase my husband's bands. It was a pleasant experience and the selection was amazing. They used to give you champagne while you shopped but Covid does not allow it anymore. I miss that special touch!

I was on the search for an engagement ring so I decided to make an appointment online and I received a phone call the very next day from Nancy Young. This was my first time ever looking for an engagement ring and Nancy was professional right from the first phone call to accommodate my appointment. When I arrived for my appointment I was greeted by the doorman who also opened the door for me and also greeted by everyone that walked by me.

I asked for Nancy and she was waiting for me. She was very knowledgeable and very patient bc this was my first experience and she helped me pick the perfect ring! I am now engaged and my fiancee loves the ring and can't wait to meet Nancy and everyone at Albert's!

My family has been purchasing jewelry at Albert's for decades. It's been a few years since I have made a purchase, but I was recently in their store and bought a ring for my wife for Christmas. The salesperson that I have always dealt with has retired, so Nancy helped me out. Her ability to take my ideas and turn it into a reality was outstanding. The entire staff was friendly and I also talked with the owner who made me feel like an old friend. The Albert's of today is as good as its ever been.

My boyfriend at the time came into the store, with no clue how to pick out an engagement ring. A saleswoman name Sara helped him out with no problems. Once I received the ring on Christmas Eve, I was so excited to get it sized, I went up there immediately to get the ring sized. Everyone was so helpful and kind, they sized the ring for me right away, as in the same day.

I called before arriving and they said it would take a week. But, here they took the time to help my now fiance to make Christmas Eve special for the both of us! Thank you Albert's Diamond he will definitely be back

I absolutely love this place, he use to buy my gold from Helzberg Diamonds but now that he went to this jewelry store instead he's hooked. He's a big believer in customer service, and you guys are truly the best. He mentioned to me that when he first purchased my two rings here. He had all four of our girls and he had just left from work, even with the kids and his messy work clothes you guys still attended him so well.

He couldn't stop talking about how kind you were all to him and our girls even though you guys were super busy. I definitely recommend this lovely place they truly care and love what they do.

I love love love Alberts! I would usually give them five stars 's across the board! Instead I was treated very poorly, and forced to make a change to a stone I didn't want to do! I wanted my gorgeous stone, which was a very high quality Morganite. I wanted a necklace. I had the chain, and I also had a bigger than average pure gold ( measured over an inch and was double sided) charm.

I wanted to get credit towards that little piece that holds your stone. The lady told me for my gold she would give me $40.00 and for the little price that holds the stone it would be $120.00! I couldn't believe what I was hearing! I briefly stood and pondered what I had done which was got a ring. The president Joshua Halpern had came over to me, because he knew something wasn't right!

He gave me his card and I will be giving him a call, because it gets worse! They both have been talking about getting married and she thought it was an engagement ring! She started crying I felt like a fool and my hopefully soon to be son in law who just wanted a necklace for my daughter, didn't know I was going to have such an uncaring, angry, and someone who should not be working with people!

I know have a ring she hates and he's upset with me, because his foot was broke that's why I was doing this in the first place! Well I will be back, because I need help, but not from the lady who really messed up in the first place! I'm going too do my best to see you, because it's hard for me too get around. Thanks and I really really hope we can fix this!

I've been coming to this jeweler since it was back in East Chicago. The staff was very friendly and service was quick. I'm sad they had so many people leave negative reviews and sad that the staff has had horrible experiences from customers. But based on my visit, it was great. Even too. My niece along and bought her a bracelet.

I drive 2+ hours just to get my watch battery changed. It is a Phillip Stein watch and they are the only store around that offers such a great service and changing the battery. Anytime you go in you are greeted by everybody there, with a big smile! They actually offer you a glass of wine beer or nonalcoholic drink as well. Very friendly staff great store highly recommend it.

I have been shopping here for years but in the last few years things seem to have changed. The family atmosphere seems to have gone away. The store in the mall closed? Now Covid. Tough times for all I agree. BUT they didn't spare my mailbox I have many fliers looks good. Now keep mind I have a job and have to work as do most of us. The open hours are 11 am to 5 pm? Did I miss something?

I have absolutely no idea how the service, prices or atmosphere is alberts won't let me even spend money there as I have a job. Alberts in my opinion has lost their way! They have forgotten the ones that made them whom they are.

I can't get over how much I love my engagement ring! Emma knew just the right rings to show my (now) fiance! I needed it sized in time for vacation, and she was very responsive and accommodating!

I saw a chain and pendent on web page for $799. I received information from them drove there to buy. Got to Alberts to look at chain and pendent. The sales lady tried to find the jewlery and found it than told me that the price was wrong and it was 3x the amount on web so she could not sell it to me for the web price. Than told me she could give me a little discount on it but not $799. What a waste of time going there.

DO NOT SHOP HERE! They over price EVERYTHING and act like they're giving you a deal. If you don't try to negotiate, you miss out on their shady ways. I tried to get my wife's rings cleaned and they told me that her warranty is over (which it wasn't because I paid for a lifetime warranty) you're better off going to Kay's or Rodgers and Holland (if you're in the Indiana area)!

Not sure how this place doesn't get 5 stars but they are amazing! I got my fiance's ring here and I shopped around the suburbs of Chicago, MI, and IN for a custom ring she wanted. Not only was Albert's able to create it, they also gave a great price. My sales person Stacey was amazing ask for her. I tested the owner if he could read or verify a diamond without knowing prior what it was, and he was spot on. Lastly, they all make you feel at home. The finance team was very friendly and the cherry on top is beverages, big screen for football, and occasionally catered food while you shop :-

I stopped into Albert's last week for a small little item, I was treated like a high roller. I was fussed over and entertained, had my picture taken and they even videoed my story. From "the Boss" to the salespeople it was fun. Thank you Albert's Jewelers.

Stacey sold us great engagement and wedding rings that we continue to receive compliments on and they stayed within our budgets. We came back to purchase a birthday necklace and Aaron was very helpful (stacey was on vacation). He even looked up giving a small birthday discount beforehand for us. They do offer water and coffee and take the time to get to know you and your tastes. Friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Will return.

Love coming to this place. I have seen this store change over the years. No complaints on my end. You are greeted as soon as you come through the doors. There are enough employee's on hand to help you with whatever your looking for. Always get great customer service. What's nice, is they do have two seating areas to rest, take a break. Especially when your Toddler is with you.

Who happens to know what they offer there. Water, pop, drinks and of course Cookies! Makes stopping in fun for him. I love how the staff likes to interact with him too. Very smart on their end. Lol Been a customer for a few yrs and will be customers as long as they are here.

I have to say that I'm so disappointed in this store that I created an account just for this. I've been going here for 15 years. Spent thousands on thousands and they refuse to honor my LIFETIME warranty. Yes LIFETIME warranty because they don't have a system that can track anything right. All I needed was one solder. Sad

We have been loyal Albert's customers for decades, when our favorite employee OTIS retired I didn't know who I would feel comfortable with. Danielle has been able to fulfill all my requests promptly and with the absolute best customer service. ASK FOR DANIELLE!

I needed my watch serviced, and the old place no longer serviced my particular brand. It was quite a distance to travel but the alternative was to ship it off. The people, starting with the security officer, and everyone in the store were so polite, courteous, kind and professional, I almost felt I had entered a new world. I have never been in such a great environment with which to conduct business.

The lady at the service counter was the greatest! Thank you for such a wonderful experience. I can only hope that some others in the retail world enter and pass on the ethics of this business. I can't say enough to express my opinion of this business.

I finally found the man of my dreams and we decided to go to Alberts to get promise rings for each other until we could both afford to get real engagement rings and afford to get married. We were both ecstatic when we found simple enough (yet nice enough) rings for a little over $150 each; his is stainless steel and mine had three small diamonds in it. We've had them about 6 months, and I can't believe I'm saying this but the biggest diamond broke out of mine already. It's gone. Just. Gone. Words cannot describe the anger and resentment I feel towards Albert's right now.

Will they replace it for me? Well, yes they will. That doesn't change the fact that they apparently sold us a cheaply/poorly made, piece of shit ring, and now we have to go to the trouble of getting the damn diamond replaced. Seriously? I'll tell you one thing, I guarantee we will NOT be going there for our engagement rings or wedding bands! And I will tell everyone I know not to go there. Sorry!

I am shocked. shocked that this place has four stars. Shocked. I wish I could leave a review without leaving a star. I mean seriously. they don't deserve it. Never will I step foot back in here again. To spend MY money? Never. NEVER. If you're going to ignore my previous words in the very least take heed to this. Rudest salesperson ever. Danielle.

Avoid her as if she has the plague. It was as if she didn't want our business. I can't imagine she works on commission. If so, I don't know how she supports herself. You don't want our 3,000.00 sale? Okay. We'll go elsewhere. as we did. I can buy jewelry anywhere. Good customer service, however, is hard work.

I've bought a few things from Albert's before, watches and a ring, which I don't know why I bought. I don't wear it, impulse buy I guess. Earrings for an ex. still got those. I've also used their jewelry cleaning services which is great. Every time I've gone service has been exceptional. The staff is always greeting you with a smile, even the security guard there was great.

Hey and before you even get a chance to look around or even LOOK like you're going to buy something, they offer you a beverage - water, juice, pop (soda if you're from elsewhere) which is cool. There's really no pressure to buy, I've gone in before just to kinda check out what used watches they've gotten in, sometimes you can find a helluva bargain i.e. that awesome watch you couldn't afford in high-school - which I'm still lookin' for.

The cleaning service they offer is awesome and pretty quick too. I was looking to buy a new watch for myself and decided to have 'old trusty' get a bath. By the time I was even close to making a selection, my watch was done. After the salesman patiently letting me see almost a dozen different watches and patiently telling a little about each watch I was interested in, I finally decided on one. I'm kinda indecisive when it comes to stuff like that, MAD POINTS to the sales staff for putting up with me.

They sized it, boxed it and off to the counter I went. Check out was super easy, fill out some papers, sign the bill and bada boom, done and done. The only 'complaint' which it really isn't, is the fact that sometimes the sales staff is swamped and take a little while to get to you. No biggie though, I'll take my juice and I'll look around some. It's good juice!
