Joe opened his store in Downtown, Westerly RI. Where he specialized in watch repair. Joe's mother, Theresa, would come in during lunch time to aid out. Over the years, Joe's 3 young sons joined the business.

I took my 5 year old daughter to her ears pierced today. The staff had recommended that we wait until a day they had 2 staff members so they could do both ears at once. I thought it would be fine to do one at a time. In hindsight, we should have waited and I would HIGHLY recommend for other people to do that if you have a little kid. However, at the end of the day, my daughter did end up with both ears pierced! Sandy was absolutely amazing.
She was unbelievably patient with my daughter and did not make me feel that I was taking up her time (which we took up quite a bit of time). If anyone needs to get ears pierced, I highly recommended Nigrelli's!

I left a bulova spaceman watch to get fixed. I returned to get it and the watch wasn't there. I proceeded to return three more times and there was no watch. I ended up getting severely hurt and had a back operation resulting in about 8 months of rehabilitation. I was never contacted that the watch was fixed or even returned to the store. I believe the guy who fixes the watches kept it.

Nigrelli's is a family run jewelry store and it shows. The staff is attentive and helpful. Appraisals are done in house by the owner so I know exactly who is handling my jewelry. In addition to appraisals I have had stones reset and jewelry resized. Every time the wait time was only a few days and my pieces looked beautiful. I recommend Nigrelli's to everyone.

I took two Rolex watches, one yacht master that needed some repairs and one seadweller that needed a link as well as a polish. The professional job and pricing could not have been any better. I have been buying and selling Rolex time pieces for years and and would gladly drive the extra 30 miles to do business with Joe. Thanks for a great job!

Knowledgeable, talented, genuine and accommodating. I wouldn't take my jewelry anywhere else. Just like my parents never brought their jewelry anywhere else, and their parents as well. I was so spoiled be the honesty and professionalism of the Nigrlli's, that when I lived out of state, I had 2 separate bad experiences with jewelers that were recommended to me. My name is Melanie and I was absolutely thrilled yesterday by the kindness and service they gave me. My husband passed away recently and I wanted to have a necklace chain fixed to wear his ring on it. Renee was very caring and offered to have a decorative piece made with both my ring and my husband's on it. Mr. Nigrelli SR. was very happy to make that for me and had it done in ONE day!
It came out beautiful! It was Renee's personal interest that really made that necklace way more than I expected and how nice it was of Mr. Nigrelli to do that for me. EVERYONE in that Jewelry store is always so helpful and they have been that way for YEARS. I ONLY use them for nice jewelry. I have to say, "Thank you SO MUCH." :
