Always 5 star service. I lost a diamond from my ring. Westerly Jewerly, got me a replacement and fixed my ring. It took about a week. But they did a wonderful job.

Stopped in to browse and found a lovely pendant. The have beautiful jewelry and the staff are friendly, attentive and extremely helpful.

I can't say enough about how amazing the staff here is! I went there to get a small gold cross to complete my chain and found the perfect one over a year ago. I accidentally got it caught in an old shirt I was wearing and it broke off the arm of Jesus. I was very upset because I could not find the arm and Kevin was able to take a gold wire and repair it just as if it was brand new again. I am so happy! Thank you again!

Was a customer for years. Last repair done in house was substandard. They were advised about the shoddy work and they absolutely acknowledged that it was very, very poorly done. They were insistent that they be given a chance to fix it, almost to the point of snatching the piece from me. I politely refused stating it should have been done correctly the first time and that I will not be back.

I did not ask for a refund because technically it was repaired, just horribly. What's what more aggravating was that there was never an apology for me having to pay $400 for them to permanently disfigure the item! It appears that quality control is non existant anymore. I will not be using this company for jewelry repairs as it seems their heyday has passed.

Great jewelry store in historic downtown Westerly. Employees that have been there for years. They take their time with you. They always help me find exactly what I'm looking for. If they don't have it in the store they will order it. Always receiving what I order within a few days. They follow precious metal prices daily. Always great prices. The jewler is top notch. Great repairs/adjustments. Highly recommended.

Went to Westerly Jewerly to get engraving on a medical alert bracelet. They asked if I had bought it there. No. Then they don't engrave it. Nearest place they know of is at the Crystal Mall in Waterford, CT. Asked another jewlery store and they said go to Negrelli's Jewlery. Who just about happens to be directly across the street from Westerly Jewlery. Nigrelli's is doing the engraving.

Westerly jewelry was amazing! I have an atypical engagement ring setting and they were able to find something to match it for a wedding band. 1/4 the cost I was quoted elsewhere! Staff were prompt and called me with updates as soon as it was available.

Several months ago I walked into westerly jewelry in a bit of a panic because I couldn't find wedding jewelry that was kind to my sensitive skin, worked with my dress and liked by my mom (she's hard to please. and has her own vision for what she thought). The team at westerly jewelry calmed my nerves, and they helped me find something flattering very quickly.

After the wedding I had to go back and ask them to repair my broken necklace (I danced the night away and didn't even realize I damaged my new beautiful necklace). Within a quick week I had the necklace back and just as beautiful as ever. An awesome team at westerly jewelry and I can't wait to go back!
