Made a quick stop to get a watch battery replaced. Staff was friendly and very efficient. In and out in a manner of minutes.

Top notch! Wendy at the Norwich location is awesome! I was gifted a loose stone for Christmas and decided it was time to get it set into a ring. Wendy took the time to help me pick the right setting. Unfortunately, my stone didn't work for the setting I fell in love with. Wendy suggested another setting to me and it was okay; I liked it but didn't love it.

She knew it and found a way for my stone to work in the setting I loved. Just picked up my ring today and I can't stop staring at it. THANK YOU Wendy and Grader Jewelers! I own many pieces from you and will continue to purchase from you. You made my day!

I have a very old watch, it belonged to my grandmother, and Miss Heidi at Grader Jewelers is the only person able to get the back off when I need a new battery. Thank you Miss Heidi for helping me to keep a part of my Meme with me! I truly appreciate it!

Over priced. Very unsatisfied victim. Gold chain necklace breaks, wouldnt refund. (Very expensive solid gold pendant almost ends up in the septic tank) Wouldnt refund, will cost to fix) Not happy. Avoid

Let me just say to start that the workers here were knowledgeable and courteous. We did make a few small purchases.

Lovely experience at the Norwich location. Ms. Wendy greeted and welcomed me. She was so kind. Not only did she replace my watch battery, but was nice enough to set the date and time correctly upon it's revival. I was shown how to clean up some of my silver with a polishing cloth. I was so impressed, I bought a polishing cloth. It was a very nice visit. Thanks Ms. Wendy!

This is by far the best jewelers place you can go! The people here are super helpful, friendly and always willing to answer questions. Never any pressure to buy and you can tell they want to make sure you get what you want and not trying to push other things on you! The only con of this place is pulling in and out can be a little dicey! Highly recommend this place! The best customer service I have ever received even when I wasnt buying anything, just had some questions!

A jeweler in Florida made alterations to my family heirloom wedding set. After seeing what was done I was devastated. No jeweler would touch it to fix it. I have cried over my grandmothers set for 4 years. My husband and I went in to look for a new ring because he knew how much I hated looking at it. After working with Linda we decided to get an estimate on taking my diamonds and putting them in a new set of bands to replicate what I already had.

She called me a week later telling me that they were able to use my existing bands and diamonds and put my ring back to its original state. I was elated. I just pick my ring up today and I can not say enough about how it looks. It’s exactly what we spoke about and I couldn’t be happier. Linda answered ever question and concerns that I had. I would absolutely recommend them for everything and will definitely be using them again.

This quaint little store sits just off a busy road that cuts through the heart of the small city of Norwich, CT. The service was fantastic and the salespeople and mangers are all so sweet and helpful. They had a nice selection of jewelry to include some locally created peices and estate peices. I would definitely recommend check this store out before heading to the mall. You will probably save yourself some money and the trip to the mall.

Called before asking if they could do replacement battery's on watches and they said they can. Walked in and out in less than 20 min. Replaced battery's in both watches which costed $10 per watch. They answered most of my questions. I did not understand how to reset my chronograph watch and did more research on the internet and finally got it.

Grader Jewelers is the perfect stop for all your jewelry needs. I went down recently to shop for an engagement ring and I found the exact one all thanks to the great assistance and expertise of Mr. Grader and his amazing family business. You won’t be disappointed!

Great work on my 18 kt gold necklace I had ripped it in half mowing my lawn. I brought it to their store in Norwich CT. Heidi the sales associate was very pleasant and informative and made me feel at ease with leaving my necklace there and do the repair. I don't know who the jeweler was that did the repair but he or she did A GREAT JOB. VERY HAPPY WITH THE OUTCOME. THANK YOU

I was glad I went to Grader Jewelers after going to a few larger chain jewelers in search of an engagement ring for my girlfriend. They carefully listened to what I was looking for and I ended up getting the perfect ring from them. They are extremely helpful. She got her wedding band from them, too. We both definitely recommend them.
