We could not be more happy with the design and our purchase of our ring from Fanous Jewelers. The diamond and quality of workmanship is incredible down to every detail. The customer service was excellent and every detail of the wedding ring my wife wanted was above and beyond as we had described to them. Thank You Fanous for such a beautiful piece of jewelry that my wife can enjoy for a lifetime!

Mr. Fanous made several jewelry settings for my mom that I fell in love with! I was so excited when my husband told me he was getting me a new ring from Mr. Fanous as his work is impeccable. My new ring came today and I could not be happier. The setting is gorgeous and everything I could have wanted. I was especially excited to show my mom. it's a family tradition now! 10 out of 10, would recommend.

We had a custom made wedding ring done here. The ring was made well. We called to trade the stone in, and do a complete redesign of the ring and we were unfortunately told that was not an option for us anymore. This was an available option when we purchased it, as I explicitly asked this and now the owners will not honor the policy. The work is impeccable and we would have continued to spend our money here but the fact that they will not honor a policy that is still on their website to this day displays some integrity issues.

Emile is absolutely, hands down, a phenomenal jeweler. I have purchased several pieces of jewlery from him and each piece is exquisite. I have never had an issue of loosing stones on any of his pieces. If you take care of your jewlery and be proactive, bring your pieces into Emile to have him inspect them to make sure any loose stones are corrected before you loose them.

If you wear your wedding, engagement ring everyday, yes you can expect to replace the band in ten years. Emile has redesigned pieces I bought from him when I've wanted a new look, and he took all kinds of time with me to redesign the pieces. If you think Zales and Jareds are upgrades to Emile and Greg Fanous then you may need a jewlery education. Fanous sells only their creations no mass jewlery designs. I would never purchase my jewlery anyplace else.

Have had an excellent Emile Fanous setting for over 20 years! Very happy with this highest quality manufacturing and particularly the artistic elements.

Like the guy listed below, Emile has horrible customer service skills. He's friendly and nice until you question him, gets defensive, and doesn't hold to his word. I would just say avoid this jeweler and if you don't have someone you trust, go to a retailer like Zales/Kay/Jared. They have policies that they are required to hold their word to. I hoped Fanous was an honest man who held to his word because a friend referred him, but I was young and dumb at the time and didn't get any agreement in writing.

I will never do business here again and I urge whoever is reading this to avoid them as well if you want to avoid future headaches. He doesn't listen to what you want and instead does whatever he wants, OR doesn't do anything at all. He threatened to call the police on me, tried to keep my wife's rings, and told me not to do business with him anymore.

All I did was try to hold him to his word. When I bought these rings I was told that if anything ever happened to them, they would fix them at no charge. There were no stipulations. I even asked the question multiple times just to make sure what I was hearing was right and not just what I "thought" he was saying. This is honestly the only reason I bought them from him.

When my wife went to get her rings fixed (the wedding band broke into a few pieces) Emile did not say anything about what it would cost to get it fixed. If he did, she would have told me and we would not be in this situation because I would have expected to pay something.

Actually ended up going with somebody else for an engagement ring (they just happened to have the right stone for me), but before hand Emile took a lot of time trying to help me find a diamond, and they have a lot available. Customer service is fantastic. I'd definitely consider them for future jewelry needs.

We went with a double halo engagement ring and band from Fanous 5 years ago, and it is absolutely perfect. I get compliments on it ALL THE TIME, it's an excellent quality diamond (we took a diamond expert friend with us to make sure we were getting a good one), and the best part - I've never seen another ring that looks like mine. Truly one of a kind, great customer service and you're supporting a long standing local business.

I have since moved out of state and just have the prongs checked by another jeweler. It has dozens of tiny diamonds around the central one and haven't had a single problem.

If you are looking for one a a kind unique pieces, this is the place to find it. My husband and I have done business with Fanous for years, and refuse to go anywhere else for our "shiny things" : I think they've been around for 40 years, and are a family owned and operated store. The prices are perfect, the designs are unreal, and service from the Fanous' doesn't get any better. Thanks for being my local jewelers!
