Wingate's Quality Watches

I recently purchased a Rolex from Wingate's. The customer service was perfect. Clear and quick communication and they were so accommodating with my busy schedule. Their pictures are such high quality that you really can feel complete confident in buying over the phone! Of course I shopped around and really did get the best deal for my budget with Wingate's. I will be a life long customer!

Seamless transaction with Wingate's. I called and spoke with Jonathan to request more photos of a particular item. He sent a video of the piece as well as another I wanted to compare. Online purchase system was fast and flawless--and my watch was shipped within the hour. It arrived next day via FedEx packaged well and already sized for me. I was hesitant to shop online but I'd definitely buy from them again!

I was on the hunt for a specific discontinued Panerai model and was able to successfully transact with Wingate's. Jonathan was knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and a pleasure to work with throughout the process. Transaction was swift and watch delivered next day. This pre-owned timepiece was by far in better condition than any pre-owned in my collection. Definitely recommend them!

Wow! How you handle mistakes says a lot about a business. I can not recommend doing business with Wingates. I am having an awful experience with Wingates regarding warranty on a bad Rolex Explorer they sold me. Specifically the service from Amanda has been terrible. I've been accused of being dishonest, alleged the watch in photos isn't the watch they sold me, had them Go back and forth on paying for watch shipping back and reverse, refusing to share original listing advertisement and photos, no communication or reply's to emails, excuses after excuses - First no accountability - now finally changing story the watch was "jostled" in shipping and caused scratch.

Hard to believe but I don't care just want watch in condition as advertised. I'm patient and ultimately know I'll be just fine. As an active watch collector I can not recommend doing business with Wingates at this time and recommend doing research and saving Every photo and piece of communication and document everything. Once they've got your money, it appears the service ends. I will keep posted on any new events, as they can still turn negative into positive if they choose to.

This place is whack. Made the mistake of going over there without calling or reviewing all of their inventory online. I show up to find out that they are located on the 10th floor of a bank building. They require you to tell them what you want to view and must have appointment so you must have knowledge of exactly what you want to see. kind of unfortunate for someone wanting to buy their first luxury watch.

I was hoping for a shop that I could view through a glass case at least. Then I start reading reviews and apparently they don't use all oem parts in their pre owned Watches. Beware of this place!

Didn't get to check the quality but for sure the customer service is a huge disappointment. First of all, I made an appointment at 3:45, waited for like almost 30 minutes. Secondly, another staff came out to give me this kind of explanation: "Sorry, he is wrapping up for the previous customer. Do you wanna wait?" I was nice enough to be like sure I can but for how long.

She was like: "Well. I don't know. Maybe at least 15 minutes, maybe more, I don't know. Do you still wanna wait?" Such an unapologetic attitude! Then when I said ok since I didn't know when I would be assisted, I had to leave, that she said: "yeah u know. Nature thing happens" lol I made an appointment. And y'all expected me to wait until eternity, not even gave me an exact waiting time. Y'all were about to sell me sth that is worth couple grands and gave me this kind of customer service? Wasted 30 minutes as I had to get off work early to come so far to experience this kind of service.

I was in the market to buy a Rolex "Deep Sea-Dweller Deep Blue" 44mm and I called all Rolex dealers in Las Vegas and none of them had the watch so I started searching for it out of the state. I found the watch at Wingate's Quality Watches and I spoke to Jonathan. He gave me the wiring instructions and told me that I can return the watch within 3 days.

I wired them the money and received the watch in a Fedex insured box couple of days later. The watch looked exactly like the pictures on their website and it came with the original box and papers. I also took the watch to Las Vegas Jewelers and they authenticated the watch. I will be doing more business with Wingate's in the near future!

I purchased a platinum Patek Annular from Wingate. The transaction was seamless with lots of communication by email. The day after the wire transfer was received, they sent my watch overnight by Fedex. The time, day, month, day of month, moonphase and were set. I'll definitely be back! Tim F.

Trust Wingate' sand Amanda with your next watch purchase! I live in California and have bought and sold my Rolex watches with Wingates for many years. Never been disappointed and they have to best purchase and sale prices!

Terrible experience with this seller! Purchased a Rolex watch that runs 10 seconds fast a day and they have offered no help at all. I sent to an independent watch repair shop that is fixing it along with replacing the non-oem bezel that they used as a replacement. My advise to any potential shopper with this business is get it in writing that they use oem parts as replacements and if you choose to do business with them make sure your watch is running in spec. Sadly I wanted to have a good relationship with this seller as I buy 1 to 2 watches per year but I guess I'll have to look elsewhere for a reputable company to spend my money with. I reached out twice to the owner by email with no reply.

Requested info on a watch through chrono 24. company never responded. not a good sign about their business practices

I just bought a vintage Oyster Rolex with Amanda's help. My watch was probably one of the lower cost watches they sell but it was the exact watch I wanted. A classic, simple watch. Besides my wife said I could not have the one with 48 diamonds. They expanded the bracelet as I needed. I would not hesitate to buy another from Wingate.

After searching the entire DFW metroplex, I had a great experience at Wingate's Quality Watches. Maggie was phenomenal to work with, and I'm glad to have found my new go-to source for watches. The selection is second to none, and I was thoroughly impressed by the flawless condition of the pieces. Do yourself a favor and give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

Excellent experience. Dealt with Bob Wingate. He was pleasant, responsive and knowledgeable. Amanda was also very professional and pleasant. Watch arrived early next day and exceeded my high expectations. Would definitely buy from again.

I purchased a watch for my wife for Christmas. A ladies Rolex Datejust. The salesperson there (Amanda) did a great job of explaining that the bezel was custom diamonds, and if I brought it in to a Rolex location for service - they may give me a hard time working on it since the bezel was not "factory". Basically I learned that I can take a watch to Rolex and pay double or triple, or take it to a reputable watch repair and dealer (Wingate) and pay a fraction. I will definitely do business here again, as I was treated with nothing but respect, and was educated as well. THIS PLACE IS GREAT!

Wingate's is the Zeno USA dealer. I bought a Zeno 12 months ago and it broke. This is the response I got from Zeno USA, "Your best option to have your watch repaired is to find a watchmaker close to you who is qualified in Swiss watches. You can also send your watch to the Zeno watchmakers in Switzerland, but that is much more complicated." They are wortthless.

My second and third request were ignored. The watch was bought at Wingate's Quality watches in Dallas, which is the USA dealer. They sell thousands of used watches. I am sure they repair watches all the time. Just not the brand new ones they sell, I guess.
