I just received my order and was very disappointed that i was sent the wrong color carry-on luggage. i ordered red and received green. i contacted the store associate and was told that i could either send it back(at my expense) or sell it. it would cost me at least $30 to mail it usps which is the cheapest. also i already have it in green. i wanted another color.

I walked in as a business owner ready to spend and didn't receive a hello or how may I help you or any type of welcoming acknowledgment. The female worker or owner just stared at me with a blank look then walked out of the store. The male owner did not acknowledge me at all. i walked around the store for a while looking around and still no help from them.
I walked out of the store because I did not feel welcomed and the male owner followed me outside without saying a word. Very weird. I just seen another review on here about how poorly they treated a African American female so maybe because of the color of my skin they felt no need to acknowledge me as a paying customer. So rude and unprofessional and does not deserve my money!

Not surprised at all! David the owner is the worst! There are other ways for a retail store to get Montana West products! Even Montana West state that he lies! Web site has more Mt West products than Mt West and the go-to the warehouse! Gave him my ID and my credit card pictures! And this still was not enough! Because billing address does not meet shipping nor does it meet where my house is!
I am always getting products and I don't need a porch pirate stealing! I use UPS has a mailing address. Please don't use him! Update! No kidding I am a business owner! I have multiple address! Still the worse. People go to YK they are AWESOME best prices.

I will admit that the first order that I placed with them was wrong. They didn't send all of my items. I kept on calling them until I got all my order and they corrected the problem. I have placed several orders with them lately over 4 within the past year and I haven't had any more problems with them. But after reading these posts I don't think that I'll be ordering from them again.

The workers acted super rude towards me and my mom, he kicked us out the store due to accidentally going through the wrong door and told us we couldn't shop there since it's not open to the public and only wholesale, which we did have our tax ID number but by the way he acted toward us we decided to leave, highly do not recommend shopping here.

BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! BUYER BEWARE! I was excited to find a new state side merchant to patronize. I placed my order, and received it very quickly. I did notice a refund to my card for 2 bags that I ordered, that were not in stock, at the time of shipment. They didn't notify me, just proceeded to credit my card. Okay. I understand. Moving on, I recieved the order, and 1/2 the order was wrong, they replaced out of stock items with items not even similar.
I ordered Concealed carry purses, and received regular purses. I do not sell regular purses. I wasn't notified that any of my order was out of stock. It was a surprise, but not a good one. After 3 days of reaching them, and being interrupted and hung up on, because 'they were busy and needed me to call back' they finally sent me a mailing label to ship the 3 bags back, claiming that once they were recieved they'd credit me. 1 week goes by, I never received a refund, a confirmation of refund, or that they even received my bags.
I know they did, because I tracked it with my UPS tracking. I called, they said they had the bags, and they'd give me a store credit. I kindly said I wanted a refund, like you said you'd give. The girl was confused and didn't know how to respond. A few hours later I recieved a phone call, stating they'd credit me. I thanked them. A week passed. I have not seen a credit.
I called and kindly asked if I had been credited, and to please send me a confirmation email of the credit issued to me. The man claimed he couldn't do that, or issue me any proof that they had sent credit and that now it's the banks problem. He was very sarcastic. Kept repeating over and over, call the bank, it's easy. Then proceeded to hang up. Sooo here we are.3 plus plus weeks after recieving my shipment, and I'm still awaiting a credit. I just don't understand conducting a business like this one has been conducted. Especially with a new buyer. It's really sad.

Received an email that my package will be delivered today. I ordered nothing, nor did anyone in my family. I tracked the origin to Best Choice - Dallas, so I tried to call them to find out what's going on. I am concerned about my card getting hacked. No answer, but a recording that says "the destination mailbox is full." Sounds like either a shady or really unprofessional business.

Terrible company! I placed a wholesale order and they got my order wrong! First their website part numbers do not match their packing list. I emailed them (as directed on the packing list) and their response was "what about it".I called them and he argued with me. I emailed pics of the wrong product that was hideously ugly and no response! I bought some flip flops from them and they started falling apart first time I wore them! If you value your product DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

These people are incredibly, brazenly rude. I called them to explain a glitch on their website and because they don't speak good English, they hung up on me several times. So I wrote them an email explaining the glitch with screen shots. I called back much later, hoping to get an English speaking person to confirm they had received my email and they yelled at me saying " I don't need it, ok!" and again " I don't need it, ok!" and hung up.
I have just read the reviews where these people apparently don't ship you what you order and substitute unwanted items.it appears that this business can absolutely not be trusted! Take your business anywhere but here.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I would never buy from them again! They made a $227 mistake on my order, sending me 6 bags that were not the style I ordered, and then would not send me an RMA label to ship back. They expected me to pay for shipping back to them and then they would send me the correct bags. RMA labels are the norm in our industry, they don't do that. Next, they didn't have half my order and replaced with other items I didn't ask for, and sent wallets that did't match. ALSO it took them 9 days to get my $1000+ order to me from Texas to Arizona!
It typically only takes 4 biz days to get an order that far. I buy from vendors on the same exact street as them all the time on Monday and have my order by Friday same week. I ordered on a Monday by Wednesday they had not accepted the money or picked the order yet! I had to call them to tell them to do this. This company has the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I have ever seen! They do not understand English very well, they do not understand customer service very well, and the whole order was just generally a pain from beginning to end!
