Excellent customer service and very professional. I brought my Tissot in for a battery replacement and was seen right. Catherine in the watch department took care of me right away and was able to change it while I browsed all the bullion.

For years I have been nervous to cash in my jewelry and coins. After reviewing Dallas Gold and Silver website I decided to visit. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Thank you Mike McKee and Catherine Michaels for the great customer service.

Dora, just helped me with a 22 gold chain my experience was great. I also was helped with a battery change and jewelry clean. We brought a few pieces of jewelry to the Dallas store be repaired. Our experience couldn't have been better. The quality of work was exceptional, with quick turnaround and reasonable pricing. Dora Reyna provided top notch customer service to us. DGSE isn't the most convenient for us, but well worth the drive.

I needed to get batteries for my watches. A friend recommended this place. They are very polite and helpful and reasonable. If you ever need a watch repair ask for Mark. He will hook you up.

I was scared to go into a Jewelry store, didn't want to get pressured to buy, however not at this location! My concerns were listened to and acknowledge. Nice place and people. They did a good job of estimating the value of my gold coins and jewelry, but were low on their bid for it.

I felt their offers for my coins and jewelry were fair. They were quick to evaluate, and I left with a cheque in hand. Very personable, and they changed the battery and cleaned my watch and gave me a very good price for excellent work.

Friendly service and pretty fast counter service despite being fairly busy. But the price they offered for a few simple gold bullion coins was quite a bit lower than two other offers I received from area dealers so I'd be really hesitant accepting an offer form them on any items that were actually rare.

This is for Preston location. I recently discovered this place and bought two items and very pleased with quality and value. They have a nice selection of used Rolex's as well. Keithen is awesome! Never pushy and gives great advice on watches.

They seem to be trying their best but I recommend you do the following: 1) count out your cash in front of the clerk (their auto counters tend to miss a bill every now and then. ) 2) don't lose sight of your money until the transaction is completed 3) confirm any quoted price at least twice to avoid future misunderstanding 4) bring a calculator and check their math 5) count your change at the counter in front of the clerk.

I have dealt multiple times with a young man named Rith who always provides fast and very courteous service. I always ask for hime every time I go there. I always have a pleasant experience when I deal with Rith. Keep up the good work.

This place is amazing! Gave me so much more than I thought they would for my silver which was basically a bunch of old silverware!

Maybe the best place to sell gold and silver. They pay closer to spot price than most anyone else in DFW that I have found. From coins to bullion they gladly accepted that and even scrap. Paid fair price on 90 percent silver coins. I'll be selling again if prices keep rising and will definitely go back to Dallas Gold & Silver.

Came in to look for a new diamond on a wedding ring and right away Stephan helped us find exactly what we were looking for. He explained the differences in quality of diamonds and directed us in finding the perfect one. Right away he was able to mount as well as replace a missing stone on the ring. He also polished our necklace and wedding bands without hesitation. Great customer service. Will definitely be back to see him!

Had them do a COA on my Legacy (1964) Rolex President. The price was reasonable, the watch looks better than ever, and has kept perfect time for two months. Will definitely be back when the watch needs cleaning or repair!

Been here twice. Very polite when I first walked in. The prices are not accurate but you get a fair price for your gold. Even so price ranges for gold is still a rip off.

I orginally called the store in Euless and the gentleman was very nice. He did not have what I was looking for so he referred me to the store in Dallas on Preston Rd. The first time I called I was transferred and was placed on hold for about 10 minutes. I hung up and called back about an hour later where I again was placed on hold for about a minute and a half and then it was disconnected.

I called back immediately and spoke to the same women, who before I could get a word in was like "oh we dont do appraisals over the phone you need to bring it in" she said it in a very snarky tone. I then proceeded to tell her I wanted to purchase a Rolex not sell one, her tone then changed. I explained want I wanted and she said she would go look, well about 15 minutes later of being on hold with no response back I hung up. She never even bothered to call me back. I then proceeded to take my money elsewhere and buy it from Dallas Watch and Diamonds, who were very helpful and professional.

Fabulous experience! This full service jewelry store is so down to earth and makes everyone feel so welcome. They made three rings for me, mounted two diamonds, resized several rings and treated me and my husband like their only customers. Highly recommend! And their prices are very, very competitive! Just purchased a beautiful new diamond ring from here and my salesman name was Brent Rich. If you're anything like me, I don't care for salespeople who are on commission. I never feel like they have my best interest at heart so I feel on guard the whole time feeling like they are constantly trying to get me to buy the most expensive item and I have to admit I walked in ready for that.

After spending some time with Brent my guard went down and I started to trust him. He really listened to what I was looking for and helped me to find a ring that I love! We went and looked at other places but this place was the best deal and had so many to chose from. You really should ask for Brent if you chose to do business with them. My first experience with DGSE and I'll definitely be back for more!

I will admit that DGSE has at times been less than stellar, depending on location, but this location, especially since new management has taken over, has been nothing less than professional. I usually deal with Brent and have made many purchases of bullion and jewelry. I am always treated well and pricing is very competitive. The showroom is large, well lit and clean. The location is convenient to 635 and there is always enough people on staff to help me out. Kudos to the management and staff! You guys have turned this place around.
