After damaging my ring, I contacted Greg at Designs by Flora from whom I had purchased the ring over 20 years ago. Greg treated me as if I had purchased the ring yesterday. He expressed genuine concern and thoroughly explained my options. He then quickly facilitated the repair of the ring. I am beyond pleased with the results - my ring looks like a brand new ring! I highly recommend Designs by Flora for fine jewelry. Their outstanding knowledge and skill place them at the top of their profession.

Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable and wanting to help. I had my old engagement ring updated with a new center stone as a special gift for my daughter. They were very patient showing me various options, and bringing in multiple stones for me. Once I decided, the ring was ready in a few days AND IT IS BEAUTIFUL. Greg was amazing setting up the appointment and being very patient and transparent as I delayed several weeks to get a solid time on my end. Greg was out with family when I arrived and Michael, his brother, took great care of me and my gal. The price was exceedingly reasonable for first rate work and not pushy. A true buyers experience. When I went to pick up, Michael was not rushed but laid back, and brilliant. I will return to this beautiful shop to prospect the rest of the wedding jewelry. Shopping experience was good. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient sales staff. Design of ring was very beautiful. Unfortunately, the ring did not hold up for very long until several diamonds started falling out of the band. I contacted the seller about repairing the ring but the issues occurred just outside the 1 year limited warranty period. Overall, I was pleased with the shopping experience. but no so much with the durability of the piece or the customer service when I reached out regarding the issues with the band.

Our family has used Designs by Flora for all our major jewelry needs through the years.most recently, for a phenomenal wedding ring update/upgrade. Greg and Michael are visionaries and have the best service, styles, and stones. Great conversationalists. Always thoughtful and accommodating. Amazing!

I can't rave enough about our experience with Designs by Flora. My fiance showed them pictures I had sent him and when it came time to propose the ring was even more beautiful than I imagined. The stone they found is breathtaking and setting is simple, just what I wanted, but has an artistic shape to it. I went to their shop to have the ring sized and it was super easy, I had the ring back in a couple days and when I picked it up they showed me features of the diamond I didn't really know about before.

Designs by Flora have been our "go to" jewelers since 1990. The Brothman family is great! They helped us when we were designing my wedding ring. Since then, they have assisted us with everything from resizing and repairs to designing new jewelry. Most recently we repurposed a ring from my mom and divided the stones to make up beautifully unique necklaces for the girls in the family. They are professional & personable. Designs By Flora is a wonderful jeweler. I have purchased many pieces from them, they use only quality jewels. Recently I sent them a picture of a pearl ring that I lost and wanted to replace. I originally came across Flora ten years ago when my, then, fiance, and I were looking at engagement rings. The rings I tried on there were unique and unlike anything I had seen anywhere else. And we looked everywhere! I fell in love with a ring that was a vintage style with a octagonal setting without prongs(I teach prek, wanted to wear my ring all the time, and didn't want to scratch the kids).

In ten years, I've seriously seen nothing like it. They also had the best prices hands down! Excellent customer service. We also bought my wedding band there. Fast forward ten years. I took my kids to the Splash Pad in April and lost my gorgeous rings. Fortunately, they were insured for inflation value. I called Greg right away. He is the best! Helped me get the same rings quickly, and with an upgraded, better quality, bigger diamond.

I couldn't be happier to have them back and I can't recommend Designs by Flora, Greg, and Steve enough. Easy communication and process, even with me living in Austin. And don't worry, I won't ever take my rings to the Splash Pad again.

Had some jewelry that needed to be repaired, and came across Flora's. I called to see if this was something they would be able to handle and spoke with Flora who was very kind and professional. Turns out this is a small family owned business started by Flora and now run by her two sons. When I showed up to drop off my jewelry, I was a little surprised to learn that it was in the World Trade Center and you need to schedule an appointment before being allowed upstairs. Thankfully Michael was very understanding and was able to have a pass issued immediately.

The service was phenomenal and the price was beyond reasonable. It took them only 2 days from drop off to be able to pick up. They also have a fantastic collection of new and custom jewelry. I will definitely go back if I have any future repair needs.

I had my fiancee's engagement ring made by D by F. Greg the owner did an absolutely incredible job replicating a vintage design and found an amazing emerald as the centerpiece. He was able to create something from scratch in a very short timeframe, which made for a special engagement weekend. I would definitely recommend his shop for a high end purchase.
