I just saw an apartment on the apartments. Com website, than I left a message. I than went to Zillow and search apartment there and it was the same address and city, but one site said three bedrooms and totally different apartment and the other was for a four bedroom with four bedroom total different apartment. I than had to send someone to actually look at the home so I can address the necessary people.
How can we confuse future tenants especially in this area of time, where everything is being remotely. I was wise to entered the home at both website, tag it for future use to let others know, one must be wise of what they are getting themselves into. People should also wake up, there is always some money for application fee for a apartment, so if 30 people applied for an apartment and they all have to 50 to 95 dollars for applications fee, but only one get the apartment.
Someone made a lot of money from the 29 others that paid and will not get at least back money because they did not get the apartment, this application fee is for every apartment one applied for. When the people whom take all these application from all applicants their is a online served that is being utilized, not to mention that when people search your credit scores, you are actually having a hard pull.
I wish this practice of taking money like it grows on tree stop. Take an application, check their information, they place on the application and only when they truly become a potential future tenant, then check their credit credentials. Also Check for the new free three agency credit bureau reports. Safe and print for future use.
