The past year I had been in search of a custom jeweler to help with a very specific request. I was put in touch with Vana from Gerard Leon, who was extremely attentive from the start. I am definitely high maintenance and she delivered. Numerous computer and real life models were made and redone, without any hesitance. The result was two magnificent pieces of jewlery, made exactly how I had envisioned them. Excellent quality, efficient timing, excellent value.

Fantastic Family run business for over 5 generations! Father and daughter were so friendly to accommodate a request for engraving while the parking meter was ticking. Unbelievable experience! I could not recommend Vana enough! She will help you find the perfect diamond and setting for your engagement ring! She's SO knowledgable. Most importantly, she cares so deeply about the finished product being exactly what you want. Of course, it's a business, but working with her felt like working with a close family member.

Vana is amazing to work with. After my wife lost her diamond while we were on vacation in Europe we contacted her. She immediately calmed us down. When we returned home Vana took the time to show us the diamond rating system and how to really get the most out of our predetermined budget. She then created an original setting for the stone. We usually get pretty uptight about dropping large $$, but Vana kept me calm and confident.

As personal service is something of the past here in the US, I find her company a breath of fresh air. Honest, personal, caring service. I can not recommend her highly enough.

Superb quality of work and professional service. I sat down with Vana and she helped design my wife's engagement ring, a beautiful platinum band with custom engraved artwork, sapphire center stone and diamonds. We went over several iterations (drafts on the computer) until we were both happy with the final product. My wife was blown away by the ring!

When we appraised it for insurance purposes it was valued at over $18,000 which is much more than I paid for it! I have done many other custom pieces including gold band with custom engraving. Each project big or small has exceeded my expectations. No other place I would go to and I cannot say enough good things about Gerard Leon.

Honest, family run business. My engagement ring is a platinum handmade and engraved piece that I will treasure forever. My push gifts are vintage heirlooms. I love everything I get from this sweet shop hidden upstairs in the jewelry district. You can't find a better family to care for your jewelry needs. They will make or find whatever you want. Amazing quality and pricing. Logistics: Parking downtown is always hard.

Try to find street parking. The building is located on 6th and Hill, so I prefer to park at Pershing Square. There are a ton of jewelry places downtown and my best advice is to not be confused or lured in to just buy the first thing you like from street level. This little shop is primarily a wholesale craft shop with minimal retail presentation but will make you the best quality at the best price. They can make whatever you want. Honest and helpful, you shouldn't go elsewhere.

Vana completely exceeded my expectations and is flat out incredible to work with! I would give her 10 stars if I was able to. She truly listens to what exactly you're looking for and blows your mind with the end product. I will definitely recommend her services to many people! I have done business with Gerard Leon for many years. Over that time they have earned my trust and respect. I don't think about going anywhere else for engraving or custom Jewelry creation. They designed and created my wife's engagement ring that was comprised of a platinum band with custom engraved artwork, sapphire center stone, and 2 diamonds.

We got it appraised for insurance and the appraiser was blown away by the quality and originality of the piece. It appraised for over double what I paid. We get similar responses from many jewelry professionals. I have done several other small pieces with this company and have been very impressed with the quality of work and professional service. They are fantastic.

An update to my original posting: The principals at Gerard Leon, LLC were receptive to my concerns about the issues expressed previously and they did resolve the matter to point that I accepted the cup. The mistake was corrected to a level of 85% to 90% of original.

I was so impressed with my last experience I returned to Vana to have her custom make a necklace. I had some loose diamonds and a photo of what I wanted. It turned out much better than the photo I provided. It was absolutely stunning. Thanks again for exceeding my expectations!

I LOVE this place! This is my "go-to" engraving place. They are professional and can manage a fast turn around. I have had a flask engraved here and a pocket watch.
