Ben Dannie Jewelry is a gem. Literally. I wanted to get a custom piece of jewelry made so I made an appt with Michael. My vision was sapphire ear candy and he had tons of stones for me to select from which was amazing. He went into detail about each stone and literally told me a story about each, why some are better than others, etc. Not only did I learn from this experience, but I got undivided attention IRL which is rare these days. I would definitely recommend going here if you need ear candy, arm candy, any sort of unique embellishment to your already beautiful body. Thanks, Michael - you rock. XOLO

I needed a great watch and men's ring, I wanted something custom and amazing with a large diamond. I found Michael and he talked me through the process and helped me pick the perfect stone and design, it was completely custom and everything was done with the best manufacturing process you could have. From the best cad design to polishing. I ended up with a 3 carat diamond and Rolex watch. Love them both and highly Reccomend to anyone in West Hollywood or Beverly Hills

I had an older Rolex Submariner that I wanted to trade in and get a Brand New Rolex President. I found Michael at Ben Dannie who has been dealing in very high end watches for decades. Did a jewlery transaction. Michael helped me out. They actually gave me more then I initially was expecting. I would highly recommend then to all my friends and family. I had been looking for a couple weeks for the perfect anniversary present for my wife. I had asked a friend who had recently proposed for suggestions, and told me to try to Ben Dannie and ask for David. David could not have been nicer, helped me throughout the whole process. I was looking for a diamond bracelet or necklace. The selection was expansive, and it was very difficult to make a decision, but David helped me every step of the way, and i am so happy with my decision. My wife loved the gift, and Ben Dannie has a customer for life. Highly satisfying experience.

Purchased a Rolex from Michael at Ben Dannie after meeting him on Poshmark. He didn't have any papers or proof of authenticity and I was told I could return the watch if I found out it wasn't authentic. I wore the watch sporadically, maybe 10 times, and then decided to sell it because I needed to pay for my grad school. I listed the item on eBay, Poshmark, Craigslist, let it go, offer up, etc and received several messages from other jewelers and experienced Rolex sellers stating it wasn't authentic.

I had another dealer come to my house to look at it and was told many of the parts are after market, the face color is not an authentic Rolex color, needs about $700 in repairs if it is an actual Rolex, etc. I contacted Ben Dannie to make them aware and Michael told me they could try to sell it for me, but there is not time guarantee. Robert from the company called and told me they could offer me a cash price for it but it would not be what I bought it for, even though it's in the same condition as when I purchased it and I was clearly deceived about its value to begin with.

I don't know if the watch is ultimately authentic, but either way this has been a terrible customer service experience. My texts were not answered until I threatened to report the incident and then Robert (who wasn't even the person I was attempting to talk to) was completely unsympathetic and condescending towards me.

Got my engagement ring from Michael, emerald cut with diamonds down the shank. Gia certified. I also purchased a few Rolex watches from him and a Patek nautilus. Would recommend anyone who is looking for very fine craftsmanship and jewelry. They use a much better setting technique so the stones won't fall out.

Robert and Michael are so knowledgeable and deal In the best and most high end stones. They do everything in house and handmade me a beautiful custom engagement ring with a amazing sapphire center stone. By far the best jeweler around. Very easy to talk to and always recommends what is best. Picking out the perfect diamond for a wedding ring is hard enough but Michael makes it a breeze. Always answers the phone or calls back quickly even after I called him a million times. I'm surprised he didn't block my number. I think the only reason my wife said yes is because she saw the ring. I owe that to Michael. Always honest and tells it as it is. Also his prices were better than the other quotes I was getting. Definitely will be back to buy more.

A small stone fell out of my engagement ring. I called Ben Dannie and Michael was helpful, getting the ring fixed in a few days for a reasonable price. It's also convenient with them having an office in West Hollywood, so you don't have to go all the way downtown. I'd definitely recommend Ben Dannie and Michael for jewelry repair!

I was in the market for a Panerai watch and found a blog posting online from Micheal at Ben Dannie reviewing the exact watch I was considering (PAM01312). I had been contemplating purchasing the watch online from a couple different gray market retailers but figured I would call Michael to discuss the watch with him based on his review. Micheal provided a great education for me on some of the warranty issues associated with gray market retailers. Micheal told me that through his network of jewelers, he believed that he could probably get the watch for me at or near the gray market price, but that it would be from an authorized Panerai reseller with all tags, boxes, documentation and manufacturers warranty in tact.

He was able to do just that and I had the watch in just a few days at a 20% discount to the retail price. Michael was extremely helpful and I will definitely purchase from Ben Dannie Jewelry again in the future!

I found them online and saw they had some cool stuff on their Instagram. My dad wanted to get a ring made for my mom, and he asked me to help him out. I was at their office one time to set everything up and then did the rest through email and on the phone until I picked up the ring. I mainly worked with David and Michael on the design of the ring, sending them pictures of some stuff I saw, and they picked out the stone for me.

In the first meeting they really showed me how even diamonds and gemstones with the same papers can look different and how everything isn't on the cert. I'm really happy with the ring, and would definitely use them. I'll post some pictures of the ring on here

I had a custom engagement ring that I needed made and was having trouble finding a reliable jeweler that I could trust to make it with great quality and understand what I wanted. Michael and Robert were the best and catered to my every need. We made an awesome halo ring with a cushion center and micro pave diamonds down the shank. They used the best diamonds and their quality is truly amazing, even better than what you see at Tiffany or Cartier. Thanks so much for my lovely ring!

I went to Ben Dannie to look for a custom engagement ring. I actually saw their listing on yelp and decided to go in and check it out in person. When I went there everyone was very helpful and patient, they are full manufacturers so they make the ring from scratch basically. They only do very high quality and persist rings so if you are looking for something chincy its probably not the place for you.

I ended up purchasing a nice cushion shape diamond halo ring. The setting work was superb and the diamond was very vibrant. Overall I would recommend them to anyone looking for either a custom wedding ring or any nice gemstone jewelry such as ruby, sapphire, or emerald.

While searching for a special watch for my fathers 60th birthday I was recommended to go to Ben-Dannie by a close friend. He had worked with Robert designing a custom bracelet for his wife and I don't think I could have been steered to a better place. Robert and his two sons patiently helped me through the process of choosing a watch, even recommending to me that I purchase a vintage model to save money.

Found on yelp decided to give it a try, Had a great experience and was very comfortable. Got a quote online for a custom diamond engagement ring. I came in to their office two days later in downtown. very nice and friendly. The diamond ring was perfectly designed and manufactured. I recommend them for any one of a kind jewelry needs.
