Angie and Sam are wonderful to work with! I needed several different changes made to multiple rings, and they were extremely thorough, friendly, and patient with me throughout the entire process. They not only provided expert guidance and suggestions when I was unsure of which direction to go, they also turned around the work very quickly and were more than happy to make any further adjustments as needed.

This place was recommended by a friend and they were great. I had some beautiful diamond earrings made and a gorgeous black pear ring. They worked with me to craft an engagement ring for my son from some of my own jewelry. It's beautiful and his fiancee agrees. Kevin is easy going and the jeweler is top notch. They have beautiful items for the holidays.

I was referred to the jeweler by someone I highly trust because of their incredible work (I been going to them for over 20 years and their work is always impeccable. It took me a while to take my earrings in because of my last experience with a jeweler I had been going to for over 15 years but had lost trust with over the years. I finally went in one Saturday to see Angie and show her my earrings (by the way, the stones were from two pieces of my mothers jewelry who had past away at the beginning of this year; extra special). Angie looked at my earrings (I wanted to make the circle larger at the bottom) and another ring that I had thought about redoing.

She took photographs of both of them. Angie informed me that she was going on vacation with her husband for two weeks and she would text me back a quote. Three weeks later and no text! Finally, I texted her to remind her about the quote with a photo of my earrings. NEVER heard back from her. Very unprofessional and RUDE! If Angie didn't want to work on my jewelry, she could've told me at the time I brought the earrings in. But instead she blew me off! For anyone reading this, I suggest you find another more professional jeweler who is much more honest and courteous!

My dealings with Keith was primarily in the early 2000's. I had him make my late husbands wedding ring and some other pieces and over the years lost touch with Keith and shop. Today, I am delighted to find he is still in business and will hopefully continue the friendship and customer relationship as soon as he gets back from holiday. More to come.,,,

After an exhaustive search for the perfect gift, I found it at KFK Jewelers - an exquisite vintage one-of-a-kind sapphire ring with a stunningly beautiful stone. Angie was absolutely wonderful in helping me through every step of the selection and purchase process. She held the ring for me - giving me time to make my final decision. And they provided free sizing with the final purchase. Pricing is excellent and they made it clear that returns and refunds are no problem. I feel like I have found my jeweler. It is a warm family-run business that I feel great about supporting.

The proprietors, Angie, Keith and Turnip, are wonderful to work with and yet another reason I return to shop at this boutique. If you want to design a custom piece, Sam is a doll and a highly skilled perfectionist which keeps him in high-demand. Without exception, every time I wear something from KFK I receive an endless stream of compliments. I highly recommend this boutique.

I found a gorgeous vintage - and rare - sapphire ring at KFK, after looking at literally a thousand rings. The ring was very well-priced and within my budget. Angie was phenomenal - walking me through every step of the selection and buying process. She patiently held the ring for me while I made my final decision, making it clear that returns and refunds were fine.

I originally went to KFK for an appraisal on some Diamonds, as well as to have a diamond pendant and necklace made. I actually discovered KFK thanks to a reference from a friend when I was looking for a jeweler to fix an earring clasp. I went in on a mission and was dazzled by the sparkling jewels that surrounded me. The in-house jeweler fixed my earring in 5 minutes. but by then I was trying on rings . The owners wife was helping me and patiently let me try the pieces on, even though I had no plans to buy anything.

But then I saw it. the most beautiful sapphire I'd ever seen. I left but just couldn't get it off my mind. A few days later I went back and bought it. I'm so happy I had to get my earring fixed. Also, they have a special little employee named Turnip that you might be lucky enough to encounter! TL/DR: I went in for a jewelry repair and came out with a gorgeous ring (and my earring). Amazing customer service!

Was looking for a GIA certified place for an engagement ring and Angie and Keith couldn't have been nicer or more helpful. They found me an ideal diamond that fit my requirements exactly and placed it on the right setting for me right away. Super knowledgeable and helpful staff is a must when making such a large purchase. They don't pressure and they don't oversell.

My husband and I went to KFK Jewelers for my bday present and Keith and Angie helped me find a gorgeous pair of diamond stud star earrings that wouldn't have been within my husband's budget, but they worked with us and we got an incredible price for stunning high quality earrings! I get compliments on them all the time! They also offered to shine up my engagement ring and our wedding bands for free with our purchase! Wonderful experience and will definitely be back!

They do the most amazing custom work - I had an very special and valuable ancient coin they fashioned into a beautiful pendant with absolute ease throughout the entire experience - and this was a tricky custom request as the coin is over 2000 years old. I am so happy with their work product and dealing with them was fun. I have two other custom projects right now in the works. I trust their work, value their effort and very much appreciate their customer service.

I have had repairs, as well as, bought myself a few gifts here. There is a wide selection available! I even feel comfortable sending in my boyfriend, as I know Keith will guide him in the right direction. I consulted this jewelery store for an engagement ring. Keith greeted me with a smile on his face and a warm disposition which made me feel right at home. This establishment had many unique items which I had not seen at other jewelery stores I had visited. Usually at other places I was greeted with flashy but run-of-the-mill items, nothing special. However, many of the rings I saw had unique personalities to them.

Some even carried history which made them even more appealing. After chatting for a bit and looking through the inventory I was drawn to a specific vintage ring that fit, almost exactly, to the specifications I had in mind. Keith helped me edit the item to fit the occasion and personalize it for my special day. Needless to say, I am very excited to pick up the final product once it is ready. Thank you very much Kieth! I'll definitely be returning for some wedding bands in future!

Karen and the team at KFK made my brother's custom chain their priority! I was on a time crunch and they jumped on board and helped me design the necklace in record time. Honestly the way she felt how this was important and had sentimental value reinforced my idea that this would be a beautiful gift for my bro. I love him and I love this jeweler. They get it! Yay I finally can wear several pieces of jewelry that have been sitting in my closet. Van Cleef and Arpels earrings that had become too loose, a David Yurman diamond bracelet that kept falling off my wrist, and an Alexis Bittar fine ring that didn't quite fit. Quick turn around for repairs, kind staff, and great prices will bring me back again!

This place should be investigated. They tried to bait and switch me on a custom made ring. Lied to me repeatedly about the ring and then refused to deliver on what they agreed on. These people are superbly deceptive. I would have jewelry tested if you buy from them. Stay away!

Tepid on this jeweler. Tried selling my ring on consignment following my divorce. I've not been furnished with the gem certificate and met with a discouraging price for resale. I've consulted with other sellers in the industry, and I'm being low balled a bit.

I live in the neighborhood and used these guys once (Karen). Will never be back. Why? Job one was sizing an old ring that belonged to my grandfather. Job was completed flawlessly. Job two was to make a ring out of gold that was in my Mom's wedding ring, Grandmother's wedding ring and a tad piece of her watch. Design was good and job was executed in a timely fashion. Problem?

The 2 carat diamond was not mounted correctly in the middle of the setting. Every time I wear the ring I feel like I used a second tier jeweler. I should have complained but opted to move on. Bad work is bad work and I get it. Plenty of good jewelers in LA.
