I entrusted Paul's Jewelry Design with one of my most prized pieces. It is a locket with my mom's ashes. It was always tarnished and I didn't like to wear it. I went in to an at the time "random jewelers" like 5 years ago to get my wife's ring cleaned. The guy cleaned it for free and we talked about design software. I went back a year later to get some diamonds added to her ring specifically because of that interaction. I will always go back there for jewelry needs. Good business.
