Don and all the crew at Airport are awesome! I've been in a few times and they have always been patient with me and very honest. Just a couple examples of Don's integrity. when replacing a watch battery, he warned me there was a chance the face would break. The face did crack. Even though he warned me, he had me go buy a new watch (same make) and reimbursed me.

Today I brought in a few items. One of my items he was extremely honest and told me to just start wearing it and enjoy the beautiful piece because he couldn't give me what it was really worth. He didn't have to say that. I don't really know the worth and was just cleaning out my jewelry box. I have more stories, but go in and find out for yourself. Their cheerful disposition and HONESTY is what keeps me going back.

I recently stopped at The Union Showcase and was treated to a memorable experience. Their selection of jewelry was truly impressive. Having been to three other jewelers prior to stopping there. I was also impressed with their hallmark customer service. I was able to browse without being followed by a sales clerk, but one was always available to answer questions about an item of interest.

It is obvious that store owner has instilled strong training on customer service for his employees. What a great place to do your Christmas shopping. Don and Rick are concerned with customer service and the staff was trained to make a stop at The Union Showcase a memorable experience.

The quality of Diamonds are top of the line. It also has a nice selection of gold chains and bracelets. The customer service was A1 and the prices are fair.

I was very pleased with the help I received from Don at.the Showcase jewelers. I had gone into the Showcase looking for a Cruifix and necklace for my 10 yr old grandson. Don was very helpful seeing he was a grandfather as well. I had chose a nice Cruifix, and Don helped with the chain and chain length. By the way I was getting this gift for my grandson as an Easter gift. Don also took the time out to assist me in looking at engagement rings.

Worked with Rick twice, once to buy a 14k solid gold chain and once to sell gold. Both times were very pleasant. A lot of the complaints seem to be about prices; I got a great price discount of 20% for being a vet. Furthermore, Rick allowed the entire transaction to occur in bullion. When selling, I got fair prices (every dealer has to make a profit, it's not a zero sum game). I was mostly offered 5-7% below melt on gold bullion.
