Mr. Korona worked with my fiance, Corey to bring our idea of a dream engagement ring to life! Proper adjustments were made in the design process to ensure the diamonds were well set. 8 months later and I continue to be in awe of the quality and beauty of my engagement ring. Highly recommend Korona Jewelry

Bought an engagement ring here and could not be happier with the product or the service I received. Remembered my name after the first visit and was extremely helpful with every step of the process while also taking the time to explain all the qualities of the diamonds. If you're looking for the best personal experience, this is the place to go. Absolute top notch shop, will definitely be going back for any jewelery related needs and have already recommended it to many friends

Both Noreen and Joe are the owners and work there themselves. Both were very helpful and pleasant to work with. Presented well why was already displayed and then offered other options that might be of my interest without asking them too. Was not at all pushing to buy anything so felt at ease with what to look into before actually making a decision.

I had the best time creating my engagement ring with Joe and Noreen at Korona Jewelry. I live in Los Angeles and was completely intimidated to get taken advantage of in this town when it came to such an important endeavor. We were referred to Joe and Noreen by my fiance's step dad and I could not be more grateful. I felt immediately comfortable upon entering their store.
And the time they took with me felt genuine and not like their main motivation was to make a sale. Additionally I was gifted my grandmothers wedding band that I needed resized and cleaned. They had to send both my new ring and my grandma's ring in the mail to Los Angeles. They assured me that it would be very secure and that this was common practice but I was still so nervous.
I had my fiance call like twice a week until it arrived and they never seemed annoyed about it. They would look up the tracking number and quell my fears even though I'm sure it was pretty annoying being that they must do this all the time. I found the entire process to be very easy and enjoyable. And on top of it all I felt like they were extremely fair priced.
I think my fiance would have paid double had we gotten the same thing out here. It's also very cool that their family has been in business since 1900! I very highly recommend Korona Jewelry, even to my friends out here on the West Coast. It is worth the trip when it's something that's so important. You have to get it right. Thank you Joe and Noreen!

I went for a walk on Hertel and stopped in to see if I could have my jewelry appraised for my insurance company. The gentleman who helped me was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He took a look at my jewelry and quoted me below the average cost for an appraisal. He also informed me that I could receive a free appraisal from the big chain store that I bought my jewelry from which I did not know. His honesty is worth 10 stars in my opinion! I will be returning to look for my next beautiful gem, thank you Korona!

I took two silver rings there to get fixed. One was after another jeweler 'fixed it'. Korona did a great job on both; they looked better/newer than when I bought them about 20 years ago. Interacted with two staff members both of which were professional and knowledgeable. I feel the cost was fair and certainly worth it seeing the quality of their work. The shop also inspires confidence with old photos of the store that looked to date back to the 40s. Cool collection of antique clocks (not for sale) but lovely.

I wandered in here recently. I had a little time to kill while someone was running an errand. I don't buy much jewelry, so I'm not really a good customer for them, but I have to say, there were some beautiful things here. No question about it. It seemed to me there were many price points, so likely something for everyone. The store has been around for perhaps a 100 years according to the salesperson I chatted with for a moment. Oldest jewelry store in Buffalo I think was said. That may be, but the styles are up to date. They also have watch batteries and do repairs etc. They have some vintage items too, which were pretty interesting.
