S & E Jewelers

The rings were beautiful but they are a bit unorganized. My husband's ring took much longer than we were told and we were called multiple times to make a payment on a ring that was already paid off because of their disorganization. The staff were all very nice though and like I said, the rings are beautiful.

I love shopping at S&E Jewelers. My family and I have had our jewelry repaired various times. We even spured all some beautiful jewelry. We are greeted with friendly staff who are highly trained to meet your every need regarding jewelry style. Jim you are the best you, seeing you we know we are in good hands. Staff was knowledgeable and very friendly. Had my ring sized and tips holding diamonds built up. Ring is so sparkly it looks brand new. It was done in 10 days as promised. Would definitely go back

My husband lost his wedding band for the second time. We purchased our first from S&E so naturally went back for the replacement. We are approaching our 25th wedding anniversary and once again he lost his band. I again went back to S&E for the second replacement with the original engraving inside. John was so extremely helpful in finding the order from the last time I had purchased his ring and I ordered the same ring.

Two days after I ordered it and paid in full (months after originally lost) I found his ring! I called John to explain and he was more than kind and understanding. John was able to refund my purchase and finish the conversation with a god bless. I highly recommend S&E for all you needs as they are an amazing to work with.

Went in on a Saturday to look at engagement ring settings with my fiancee. Tony showed us a variety of styles and chose rings to show us based on feedback from my fiancee. He took his time and was very patient with us. She didn't make a final decision so he gave us his card. He also let us know that if any of the designers they have on their website have a style she likes that they don't currently have an example of in the store that they can get one so she can see it in person. Unrelated to the wedding ring selection, they are also able to resize rings and I will be planning on getting a ring resized there in the near future. I will update my review once I get that work done.

I just visited the store last week. In fact I visited twice in one week, once with my fiancee and once alone. Both visits were exceptional. The owner, Jim Neumann and his sales associate were very helpful. Selection is very good. Pricing is competitive. I haven't purchased anything yet, but based on my experience I'll be back when the time is right.

I am so happy with the custom designed engagement ring from S&E jewelers! We found a similar ring in another jewelry store but it was less quality at a higher price! The owner of the store went out of his way to ensure we got a high quality ring with great craftsmanship at a great price! I would never go anywhere else for this kind of purchase! We went back and got both our wedding bands there as well and I couldn't be more pleased with the whole experience!

I have a unique engagement ring that did not come with a matching wedding band. We thought for sure we would need to have something custom made and were investigating which jewelers would be good options. After a recommendation from a coworker and seeing an ad for S&E in a wedding magazine, we went and checked them out. We left with a deposit on both of our rings!

What some other jewelers said was impossible without custom work S&E found a perfect match for in about 5 minutes! The staff was extremely helpful and informative without being pushy.
