Poor Customer Service, and forcing me to wear a mask or dismiss my business in a state where mask is not enforced. On top of that, told me couldn't help me fix my small necklace until Monday when every jeweler knows small repair would not take even an hour. Never coming back! I needed my clasp to be fixed, because it was not holding. My husband picked up my gold chain after a clasp repair and I was in chock! They completely destroyed it! It looks like it was hammered! On the question what happened?", the answer was "it is very tiny.we can put a new one for $40". What kind of jeweler you are!? From my understanding you work with tiny pieces all the time! It was our biggest mistake to have come to you in the first place! No one told us that it would look horrible! If I could put 0 for the review I would do it!

Their nice ppl. Just overpriced for jewelry repair & cleaning. I had took two chains one needed repairing the other just needed cleaning. They kept both for two days & Charged me $60 and Now the chain that was repaired broke in the same spot.

While the owners are nice people, the lack of follow through and commitment on delivery time and quality is poor. I ended up spending more on a custom piece, and still did not leave with the finish product as discussed and lacked the final details. Very disappointed and frustrated. The lack of follow up that they did not have the capability to finish the product is what makes the experience even more frustrating. Now I have to go to another jeweler and pay to have the over priced product from Manley's complete. Outdated approach to business and follow up. Would not recommend.
