Love this place! Always great service. Just had my ring serviced and fixed and it looks better than when it was new 10 years ago!

If you are looking for a reputable and honest jeweler than this company is hands down the best place to go. Three years ago we purchased our wedding rings and worked with Cathy Lee. She was amazing. She took her time and really listened to what we had in mind. Fast forward to today, June 2022. I called them because I had 6 tiny diamonds fall out. Cathy once again was top notch.

I shipped it, ( I was pretty nervous to ship it lol). Not only did they replace the 6 tiny diamonds but also recoated the white gold that had started to wear off on the bottom of the band. No charge! It arrived back to me safely and looks like it did when we first purchased it. It is so rare to find a company that stands behind their product these days. Their customer service was above and beyond. We are customers for life! Thank you Cathy and the whole team at Bridal Rings Company. We couldn't be happier.

Amazing service! My engagement ring was custom made here 3 years ago. Recently, I had a work-related incident where a horse forced closed a steel dental speculum with my hand between the bite plates. My hand would have been crushed but my ring took the brunt of the force and saved my fingers, and in fact, not a single diamond was lost or damaged. The gold band and the head were deformed, but not surprising since gold is a soft metal.

We made an appt online, brought it in and within 1hr, they had the ring reshaped and cleaned, looking like new. They provided the service at no cost, which was impressive, but I was most impressed by their high class professionalism and warm demeanor from beginning to end. Clearly a person and place who takes pride in the quality of their work. I did not get the name of the soft-spoken gentleman who assisted us, but thank you!

We purchased our original wedding rings from her, our upgraded ring 20 years after, and an upgraded center stone 25 years after that! We came in and out within 20 minutes and picked the perfect wedding ring for both myself and my husband. They knew exactly what we wanted and had a huge selection. We walked in not sure what I wanted as an engagement ring. I just kept talking and they figured out what I wanted! Cathy was amazing taking the time to find me the perfect Diamond. She was very patient helping me decide on the setting. My ring turned out amazing! Then we went back to select our wedding band. She gives good advice and helps me go thru all the selections. Amazing! My boyfriend and I were researching engagement rings and found Bridal Rings through yelp, and boy are we glad we did! Jay and his wife Paula are amazing. A family owned jewelry store that has been in business for 37 years. The only place I will go to for all my future jewelry purchases. I researched and visited several jewelry stores, from LA to Santa Barbara, on my journey to purchase an engagement ring. I had zero knowledge in terms of diamonds or jewelry in general. Jay was extremely patient and taught me everything I needed to know about diamonds via FaceTime.

When I arrived to the store, Jay and Paula were extremely helpful and supportive with zero pressure. I never felt these types of feelings of comfort and confidence at any of the other visited jewelry stores. Paula assisted me with a woman's perspective on fine-tuning the details. They absolutely helped me design a stunning engagement ring that my fiance and I believe to be perfect in every way.

My fiance and I had the pleasure of having bridal ring company build a custom engagement ring and it came out better than we could have imagined. Ned and Zoe were awesome to work with and they helped her vision become a reality. Zoe was my fiances favorite. She listened, was patient and gave great advice. We really enjoyed the atmosphere here. My fiance is very indecisive and they were very accommodating toward that.

They never tried to push her into something that she didn't want. They have an amazing selection of diamonds in all shapes and sizes. We definitely felt that they had the nicest selection especially after visiting quite a few other jewelers. After purchasing our engagement ring here we returned to buy my fiances wedding band as well. We had another ring built and after taking it home my fiance realized that it wasn't what she wanted l. Zoe then helped find her the perfect wedding band.

She went out of her way to make sure that my fiance was one hundred percent satisfied with her purchase. One last bit of praise for them is something that I overheard while we were there. The staff told another couple that they "didn't want to just sell them the most expensive diamond they could, they wanted to sell the right diamond for them". The most wonderful jewelry store I've ever been to. What an experience. My fiance and I got engaged two years ago. My ring is absolutely stunning. Kathy really is the perfect person to help pick out your dream rings. She is knowledgeable and isn't pushy at all. I had a wonderful experience in selecting an engagement ring for my now fiance. I worked directly with Jay who is the owner. Due to living out-of-state, a substantial purchase like this without being able to physically touch and see the ring normally would have been uncomfortable. Jay made it seem like I was there with him. We had multiple conversations even after business hours.

He sent videos and also sent photos of multiple stones. I truly was given an education on diamonds; not just the 4 "C's" but also the physical measurements of the diamond and what would look best in the setting. The ring was delivered via FedEx and was packed in multiple boxes to disguise what was inside. The ring was even more beautiful in person. I really could not have had a better experience. I called here while I was in route to Downtown LA and Jay was so pleasant over the phone and immediately made me an appointment. We arrived here at Bridal rings and were immediately greeted by sweet Jay and his wonderful wife Paula. I told Paula what we were looking for as this ring is my Anniversary ring/up grade after 14 years of marriage. Paula was so wonderful and she showed several ring and diamonds.

But in the end, I absolutely fell in love with a ring I shaw out of the corner of my eye. While I was at the shop they made me and my husband feel so special as if we where a part of their family and their customer service was awesome. They stayed late to get my diamond set the same day. I recently got my fiance's engagement ring through Bridal Rings Company, and we could not be happier. Ned helped me with choosing the perfect ring and the service was amazing. I returned multiple times after choosing the ring, and Ned helped me narrow it down to the perfect dream engagement ring for my fiance. We were also able to return after I proposed to resize her ring down half a size to make it a perfect fit.

If you're in the market for an engagement ring (or any ring in general), this is the place to go! It was an absolute pleasure working with Cathy. I told told her what I was looking for and she NAILED IT! My fiance and I visited Cathy three times (3rd time just for my sanity) to design my dream ring and the whole process was stress free. Cathy is extremely communicative and great with follow ups.

I appreciated her transparency and expertise. To get the ring creation process started, you'll have to put down a small deposit of $500 (not sure if this changes based on the complexity of your ring). Also - if you pay for the entire ring in cash, you may be able to negotiate a better offer;)

I had a picture of a beautiful diamond ring from a high-end jewelry store with an outrageous price tag. They made the ring for less than half the price with even better quality diamonds. Went to Bridal Rings Company to get my engagement ring resized as well as change the band. My fiance bought my diamond here and I was amazed by the quality of it. Ned, Lance, and Kathy were so sweet and easy to work with. I told them exactly what kind of band I wanted and within 5 minutes, they showed me 3 options and I fell in love with the first one.

The staff was very knowledgeable and explained why certain bands are the way they are (e.g. a thicker band will make your diamond look smaller than it actually is). Context: I have a smaller ring size. They also figured out my ring size within 5 minutes which was really impressive. They definitely know what they're doing. It was my first time going into a jewelry store of this nature and I felt like I learned a lot from the staff.

While looking at bands, I noticed other staff members with their customers and the language they used to explain things was very beginner friendly. I highly recommend coming here for you engagement rings/wedding bands. Thank you to the staff for a wonderful experience.

I cannot say enough about Jay, his wife Paula, and the rest of the team at Bridal Rings. They are so knowledgeable, patient, and KIND! My husband and I planned our elopement in two weeks! I was living in Fort Worth, TX at the time and I emailed Bridal Rings in hopes to make an appointment considering I was going to fly in for the weekend to find the rings and a venue. Cathy responded to my email within minutes and I had an appointment scheduled for that same weekend. She asked if there were any specifics regarding diamonds and styles I was looking for so that she can be prepared with options which I thought was a huge plus considering she knew I was pressed for time.
