I have bought more than $1200 of jewelry. They short-shipped me the second time and many items were poor quality. I raised the issue but they ignored my emails. Never again. No morals.

Horrible customer service and lack of respect for the customer. Made an order sat and waited 22 days no shipments no phone call to let us know that something we have ordered was out of stock. If I didn't call I would'nt have known. As I called I was told they were out of stock and as I asked if they were going to make right by their lack of communication and lack of customer service I was told owners policy no discount or store credit. HORRIBLE SERVICE this is not how you treat a customer. And if they comment below and say they have no record of me I will post screenshots of my order. sad to experience a company like this.

Been coming here for 10 years, my go to wholesaler in Los Angeles. I prefer the hands on experience and the workers are always so helpful. If I ever move out of state I will still order from them because of their great prices and $100 minimum purchase just works out!

Went to this place in person for a last minute order and the ladies doing the work were a dream team! Not only did they get my order done, they did it with enthusiasm and intent on making us happy customers.
