Purchasing jewelry from Joshua and his lovely wife is like purchasing jewelry from a family member. Honest and reasonably priced right from the get go. They helped me make a custom ring and get a 3-D rendering of it before it was created. Joshua was even nice enough to meet me after hours to accommodate my work schedule. Unfortunately they are not open during the weekends, but make the effort to come here during the week and you'll be 100% satisfied.

I have turned friends on to them and they are also satisfied and making multiple purchases now. You will not be getting cheap bulk overseas items that may appear to be the same but are far less in quality. Get something Made in Los Angeles. You'll be amazed at the difference from what you'll see in a mall jewelry store or online.

Highest paying gold buyers I found during my jewelry district search. Just don't come off as an un-knowledgable idiot and you'll be fine. Make sure to let them know you got other quotes and you will sell to the highest paying buyer.

My ring continues to break every couple months. I pay $40-60 to have it fixed, it breaks again. The Rose gold used is insufficient for the design, aka poor quality material. My wife's matching ring broke in July.

I can't even begin to say how amazing Joshua's was in picking out my beautiful engagement ring. I was recommended by a friend and was not disappointed at all. I told Samira just some vague ideas that I was looking for and when I arrived at the shop for the first time she had about 6-7 different options set out just for me. This was my first time picking out any jewelry, much less an engagement ring, so I didn't have much knowledge at all about picking out a ring. Samira, however, was very patient and kind, breaking each part of the process down into ideas that I could understand.

The customer service at Joshua's jewelry is excellent. The people working there, take their time to listen to you and take care of your needs. I bought my wedding ring from there and they were willing to hold it for me till my fiance get to town. We're very happy with their customer service. They're patient and willing to work with you and make you comfortable to help you with a reasonable price. I would definitely buy from them again.

Joshua was very knowledgeable and educated us on facts about diamonds that we did not know. He was also very fair on his pricing and worked late to complete the sale. Joshua and Veronica were friendly and extremely knowledgeable when I visited Joshua's today - they treated me just like family from the start. I worked with Veronica to choose two different pave bands in 14K white gold and 14K rose gold. Veronica explained the difference in diamond size, the new types of pave and what was trending in jewelry.

Their prices are extremely competitive for the jewelry district. I highly recommend this booth in the jewelry mart - they have been around for over 25 years and their staff have worked there for 8+ years - you will be in good hands!

Joshua worked with me personally to find what I was looking for in a diamond pendant. I am very happy with their brand of service. They even went so far as to offer me coffee and water to make sure I was comfortable. They definitely make one feel as If ones individual needs are of the utmost importance to them. And believe me when I say I changed my mind so many times that my best friend, who came with me was beyond annoyed. Also, I emailed joshua, and asked could I upgrade to a larger diamond. I arrived at Joshua's Jewelry after visiting several jewelers in downtown L.A. I was the victim of having my wife's wedding ring stolen from a trusted jeweler who I had dealt with for years. He was supposed to clean and tighten the 3.5 carat diamond in its prongs, but instead disappeared. Value was over $65k. If it wasn't for his wife and young son who was my son's age, I would have had him arrested.

So my search for the exact replacement landed me at Joshua's Jewelers. First of all, I was impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. He listened exactly to what I was looking for and to my astonishment he had the IDENTICAL REPLACEMENT of my wife's stolen ring but in a wax form. It had to be molded and the diamonds installed. I was amazed.

My view in life is that everyone has to make a living. So I asked Joshua what was his best price and he gave me a price that was good. He was happy and I was happy with that price. I was preparing to surprise my wife of 10 years on AUGUST 8, 2014 our anniversary with this ring. This was only 8 days away from my initial visit! I received a call on 8/7/2014 that the ring was ready!

Not only was I amazed, but the ring was better than the one I purchased 10 years ago! AMAZING QUALITY AND BRILLIANCE. Well I presented it to my wife after my 9 year old daughter cooked us her special anniversary breakfast. My wife couldn't believe her eyes that I had found an identical ring. It wasn't her original ring, but I asked her to marry me again and it made that moment feel special.

Well, you got me Joshua's Jewelry. Somewhere in your 7 full pages of terms and conditions there was mentioned that wedding bands are special orders and are non exchangeable. These guys are purposefully ambiguous and vague. I basically feel ripped off. The rings are about as thin as paper as you can get. No real gripe about this since the weight was "clearly" described. The communications I have received have been less than professional and it's evident the company has seen these sort of complaints before.

DO NOT BUY FROM JOSHUAS JEWELRY! I bought my diamond wedding band from them and 2 months later diamonds started falling out. I tried to contact them about having it fixed and they never even bothered to try to return my calls or messages. Not only are their products crap, their customer service is even worse. I am so disappointed that I bought my wedding band from them and wish I have never come across their website.

Now something that is supposed to be really special and a symbolic of my marriage is in a plastic bag until I have enough money to find a new jeweler to repair it for me. Dont even take the risk.go somewhere else.

I purchased a diamond wedding set from Joshuas Jewelry and recently discoved that the center 1.5ct. diamond on the engagement ring was clarity enhanced. He disagrees with that assessment, but I have a certified appraiser's report in hand and soon will be getting corroboration from a gemologist. I am presently working on recovery through the Los Angeles Courts System, but I wanted those dealing with this jeweler to act cautiously in what you purchase or receive.

He appears to have been deceptive in my case, hopefully I am an isolated occurrence. He also has not been receptive in restitution to this date, we'll see as we progress through small claims court.

Buy from Joshua's Jewelry at your own risk. "36" is the magic number; see below. After ordering a wedding band for my husband from this company's website, I received an email along these lines: Click into our website. The website said my order was PENDING. I noticed the transaction didn't go on my credit card, so I called to complete the order. Calling a company that didn't even give me a courtesy call about this order should have alerted me that I was about to step into a Pandora's Box of bullsh*t.

The rep advised that: #1 - Although their website has "prices, " those are not really prices. (SILLY ME!) No, "price" is a verb at Joshua's, and it's something they do by weight and labor costs. (Translation: "We charge whatever we damn well please.") #2 - Although their website touts a 30-day money-back guarantee, this DOES NOT apply to "wedding bands." So, uh, what DOES the money-back guarantee apply to? Rings bought just for kicks and giggles?

I said, "Cool. I'll get the same ring from a different website with a lower price, which has a real guarantee." Before I could even finish my sentence, the rep had interrupted me TWICE and hung up. THE BOTTOM LINE 1) PRICE: The price quoted by the rep was 36% higher than the price listed on the website. 2) TIME: I wasted 36 hours on these jokers, and hope this review saves you the trouble.

If you like to go to a place, where it is obvious that the amount of money you spend is equivalent to the service you get.well this is a place that gave us that feeling. Unless the guy (I think it's the owner) treats all his customers like this; he is rude, has no shame and also no game, makes it feel like he don't need the money (or at least our money).

He made it clear that he was doing us a favor and our $400.00 was not even covering the costs of his labor. His labor was decent, but not exactly what we asked for. I wanted to give him a 1 star, wasn't it for his employees, who were friendly, professional and helpful.
