Jewelry Masters

I wish there was a negative rating option. This is vendor is an f ing nightmare. I ordered a gold band from them - it came in the mail. It's a piece of costume jewelry made out of plastic with fake diamonds. I've emailed, called and tried chatting with them several times and no one responds. Their phone number just goes to a voicemail inbox.

Their chat queue will never changed from "you're next in line". They do not respond to emails. When I went to their returns page, it's just a bunch of code. I've been charged now a second time for the same item even though I did not authorize this payment. And my bank can't really do anything. Getting married is so fun. -_-

I order a white gold ring from Walmart app and the manufacturer was jewelry master which just made me wait for the ring for nothing. They end up canceling my order. Why they advertise items that they don't have. Thank God I got my money back.

My fiance loved the ring. Andrew went above and beyond making sure that I received the ring in a timely fashion and was willing to help me out if the ring needed resizing (which fortunately it didn't ). NEVER! EVER! Buy from TheJewelryMaster.com. They have the worst customer service, the information on their website is incorrect, and they cancel orders without notice. On May 6, I purchased a semi-mount ring. According to the website at the time, it was listed as "in stock". But after getting no update other than "processing" on the order, I called about 2 weeks after the order and was told they needed to follow-up with their Asian partners on the ring.

Another week goes by and I use the chat feature on their site for support. Stephen tells me that it's a custom order (in spite of what the website listed), and that he'd need to follow-up with their manufacturer in Asia. I expressed my concern that with a 30-day return policy, that I wouldn't even get my ring within the 30 day window, and asked if that window could be extended.

I was told "no", but that since this was custom it couldn't be returned anyway. I was asked if I wanted to cancel the order and I said "No, I want the ring; I just have to take the chance". Another week goes by and I log into check on the order status and see that it's been cancelled! Here's where they go from bad to impossible. They simply will not respond to my inquiries.

I have called and left two voicemails for customer service. I have waited in the online chat queue for hours in the #1 position and was never answered. They have simply gone incommunicado. So don't make my mistake. NEVER! EVER! buy from these guys.

They don't sell you what is described. Sell you fake products and wont respond to questions on how to return or obtain a refund for receiving a product that is not at all what is being described. The appraisal are fake as well they do not know what they are talking about do not trust this business.

I placed an order with Jewelry Masters for an important gift and received confirmation of my order and payment via email. When I didn't hear back after a week, I contacted the company only to find out they had cancelled my order without telling me. (they claim they did, but I never received any notification of this). Meanwhile, I still have a $5,000 charge pending on my credit card. Customer service was rude and not helpful at all. They really failed all around on something that was very important to me. Not recommended at all.
