There aren't enough words to describe how lovely it was to work with Corrine on my engagement ring. We made an appointment for a custom ring, and we worked through all of the details. I wanted an especially unique stone but needed it in my budget. Somehow, Corrine found the perfect stone in a week. There was absolutely no way to get a better experience or ring at any other store. If you're looking for the perfect piece of jewelry to add to your wardrobe, this is the place to go.

Corrine is very professional, helpful and super nice. I brought in four of my rings for resizing and repair, and she gave me a very reasonable quote. They did a great job with everything and now i can wear my rings again! I also bought a custom sapphire ring at a fantastic price that I'd seen a similar (but much less impressive) version of at Tiffany's awhile back. I'll be using Dioro going forward for my jewelry needs!

Finding a jeweler you can trust is not easy, I have been dealing with the AD all the time for my watch collection when needed. Recently I need an overhaul service on my wife's Rolex, I took it to Rolex AD, waited for weeks and got the unrepaired watch back due to the customized dial on the watch, I got to pay the inspection fee for nothing. Got on Yelp and sent out request on Friday night, Corinne from Dioro responded to my request within an hour while others jewelers replied day or two after.

After some research and a phone call to the store with some questions, I decided to give them a try which I am glad I did. I visited their store in Danville, Corinne and her coworker were so nice to answer all the questions we had and show us some of their works, provided us with the estimate of cost and time needed. They promised to provide us the final quote within 10 days which they did.

I authorized payment over the phone and got my watch back in 6 weeks (vs. 13 weeks quoted by Rolex) in a like new condition plus a diamond bezel added. Wifey is happy, so am I. Thank You Dioro!

This is the place to go in the bay area I have discovered if you want "bling". I have looked at and bought a fair amount of jewlery so I know what the prices go around for and I have been nothing but impressed by the service I have recieved here, and the "quotes" I have been given for extreamly high quality gold chain necklass and diamond jewlery, extreamly competitive, and fair low priced for the quality you are getting, I am amazed.

She takes the time to explain your options when it comes to watch/jewelry repair and was amazing with a recent purchase we made of a custom-designed sapphire ring. My husband had been wanting to get me a sapphire ring for a number of years. We had discussed the features I was looking for in a ring and would often check out different designs and prices at jewelry stores in the area and online. However, we kept postponing the purchase primarily due to the size of stone we could get for the price.

My husband decided that with our 30th wedding anniversary now was the time! We set up an appointment with Corinne to discuss what we had in mind. She asked us our targeted price range and then proceeded to patiently educate us on the different types/ratings of sapphires, as well as gold/diamond band options. I participated in selecting the type of sapphire (Ceylon), it's shape (cushion cut), and the band design (delicate, twisted white gold with diamonds).

That was it for my input. Then, over the next week, my husband worked with Corinne to select the specific Ceylon sapphire (size, price range, etc) and finalize the ring design. My husband found working with Corinne to be very easy and enjoyable. She's so knowledgeable and passionate about what she does and that shines through. Amazing service. I was looking for an Omega AD to help me order a new strap and a few additional links. I was going to be in Danville and I was so lucky to find Corinne and Dioro Jewelers! I decided to add both my birthstone and my girlfriend's birthstone onto the ring as a little sentimental quirk. I didn't want it to be very visible when worn and wanted it to be hidden. I knew that having it inside the shank would be most ideal but with the ring being only size 4.5 and the width being 1.8mm I didn't know if that was really possible.

I told Corinne what I wanted to have done and brought in the ring and the two 1mm birthstones that I brought myself. She gave me a very very fair quote in comparison to what other jewelers were asking for and the result is beyond my expectation. Not only was she able to have the stones exactly where I wanted, she was able to do it within a week with no hassle. She was great to work with and now I know where to go to in the future if I need any work to be done on my jewelry.

Truly a unique and very personalized experience. Corinne takes a very customized and individual approach with her customers. She considers whatever your particular desires are and will make suggestions which you can feel free to accept or reject. No pressure here! Simply put, she cares about her customers leaving her store satisfied and happy. She is very knowledgeable and will get the answer to your question if she doesn't have it. A rare find!

Corinne is a salesperson, but I mean this (unusually) as a great compliment. She took the time to chat with us, understand us as individuals and what we were looking for, and only then show us what she stocked that matched our desires (and explain why she was the best supplier thereof). She sells herself and her products, but through the lens of ensuring that her customers have a quality product that they are satisfied with and matches their interests. I'm not often in a position to shop for jewelry or watches, but the next time I am, Dioro will be my first stop.

After much deliberation on the internet, I decided it was time to see how the Oris line of Swiss watches fit my wrist. I live a good 45+ minutes away from Dioro Jewelers but decided it was worth the drive to see the watches first hand. There aren't any premium watch dealers in my area. Upon arrival I was greeted by Corinne who I spoke with over the phone.

She was very knowledgeable and helpful in finding an Oris to fit my 8 inch wrist. I find that most of the watches I like are small and without presence on my wrist. After trying on a number of models I chose to purchase a special edition Aquis Date Relief with red strap. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a great deal as I could have easily purchased online for less.

I really did not want to play the warranty game with a gray market watch. I look forward to the gray strap I ordered to compliment the gray / anthracite face. The red strap will probably grow on me in the meantime. This is my first Oris watch and I'll be back for more! I recommend purchasing or ordering from Corinne as the experience was worth it.

I got the battery in my watch changed in about 3 minutes! For free! When I came in, the man working at the counter was helping someone else, but he immediately welcomed me and asked what I needed. He took care of my watch on the spot and since I used the Yelp check-in for a free battery, it was free of charge! Super fast and friendly service. I'll definitely return for future watch battery change or repair needs!

I went to Dioro about 3 months ago for a watch I wanted to buy. I was so impressed by the service of Corinne, the Owner, that when the time came to choose an egagement ring for my now wife, this was the first stop on my mind. Like all men who have done this process I was overwhelmed by all the details and options involving this process. I recently went for a watch repair to Dioro. I found it to have a very personalized service which is contrary to other jewelers I have tried. I am definitely making Dioro my primary jeweler after this experience. The Owner even gave me a full tutorial about my watch to better take care of it in the future!
