The quality is exceptional, the service is ALWAYS above and beyond - they're all super friendly, and it's just a well run family business. They're a jeweler you can trust and they don't try to upsell you, they just want to find exactly what you want and ensure you are happy with it. Flawless and fast repair of my wedding band and it was very inexpensive. Great family owned business and they even make custom jewelry. I'll be back to do some shopping later for my wife's birthday!

LOVE Cresalia's! They have not only been our jeweler but also my Great Aunt and Uncle purchased all their jewelry there. Just picked up a ton of repairs. Great work and very reasonable. Jay created my wedding ring in 1989, redid in 2000 and is redoing for final time. He knows exactly the best kind of gold to use and side stones and gives excellent advise all around. Can't recommend enough!

I recently got engaged and been looking for a reputable jewelry store to resize my rings. I've looked around and requested for quotations and Cresalia Jewelry Store caught my eye, my fiance and I went on a Saturday morning to see the store and met Michael and he explained to me what should be done and he also introduced us to his Dad, which is a plus points.

They were in the business for almost a 100 years and it's family owned business. My family were hesitant to leave my engagement ring and wedding band but I still went for it! Michael did the work for a fair price that was a fraction of the quote at another jewelry store around the corner, and I recognized immediately that these are the kind of people with whom I like to do business. I have since asked them for help with sorting and appraising estate jewelry; reworking family gems into beautiful, updated designs; jewelry repair; and replacing the chain on a treasured family locket.
