A diamond's cut grade is really about how well the facets interact with light, whether its round, heart-shaped, marquise, or pear. Diamonds are renowned for their ability to transmit light and sparkle so intensely. Precise artistry and workmanship are required to fashion a stone so that its proportions, symmetry, and polish deliver the magnificent return of light only possible in a diamond. The cut is measured using the GIA's international grading system in which cut grades range from Excellent to Poor.
One of Derco's specialties, our custom-designed jewelry service enables you to create the jewelry of your dreams. Working in-house, our cad designers and wax makers will design your order with utmost precision using 3-D computer aided design (CAD). Bring your ideas to Derco and let us turn your imagination into reality.

Always amazing service at Derco! Last time we worked with Jim to get my partner a wedding band and he was kind enough to clean my jewelry and get my ring back to new. Today I went in and Jack helped me. He is always checking in and making sure the customers are alright. He cleaned my rings for me and they are good as new - ready to be worn for my wedding. Can't wait to come back again. Everyone working is efficient and helpful when it comes to jewelry. Can't wait to come back.

We have been Derco's customers for over 25 years. The customer service and attention to detail is amazing. I recently went in to have my wedding ring redesigned from an original setting Derco's designed years ago. Lorraine made sure it was exactly what I wanted. Derco's designers used every diamond and created the most beautiful ring ever! We are lifetime customers as well as everyone in our family. We wouldn't go anywhere else! Highly recommended this place! We got my engagement and wedding ring here and it is perfect! Kathleen was patient and very helpful she showed us alot of choices to pick on and we found the ONE! THANK YOU for your amazing customer service. While I was waiting they offered to clean my ring too and it was a complimentary which is amazing! 5 stars! This is my wife's favorite place to go. There is nothing unappealing about this place. Buying a diamond from Derco Fine Jewelers is an absolute treat. They have one of the most beautiful, elegant, and affordable diamonds in town. I personally bought many pieces from them for my wife. Their products show a great consistency of quality, cut, color, and clarity.
Their customer service is an absolutely the best. They are super nice and friendly, they explain everything patiently and provide all the options and give space for the customer to decide. If I can only rate them 100 stars, this shop truly deserves it! I am very impressed with their superb customer service. From the moment we stepped in their showroom, Jack, the owner welcomed us with bottled water and a jewelry cleaner, he is one of the nicest and sincere gentleman. He also offered free cleaning of my jewelries free of charge. His son Greg is also awesome, he helped me with resetting my eternity ring and soltaire ring which is absolutely gorgeous and gave it a new look.
He even helped me save a big amount of $$$ by suggesting a cost effective way of resetting my rings. I will definitely come back to Derco for my future jewelry needs! I was also impressed they are not pushy, I did not feel "pressured" to buy something from them That alone is a plus!

I first came here 4 years ago to have my antique engagement ring worked on. Derco did such an amazing job that we commissioned them to do both of our wedding bands. Now, I an back to have rhodium plating to help with changing the gold band to a more updated look. Their customer service is still outstanding and I will continue to come back in the future. I would highly recommend them for any jewelry service you need (big or small). They take great care of their customers.

The best customer service ever! My husband and I got our engagement & wedding rings, and whenever we visit they are very welcoming, caring, and helpful! John was very experienced to listen to our needs and find our perfect sets! Shout out to Jack as well. He was helping with resizing, repairs, and maintenance of the jewel items that we had.! The work quality is superb! I am so touched by their expertise, very prompt service, and sincere/ earnest mindset! Will def visit again for our next jewelry! Highly recommend this shop!
