For more than 125 years Warren Hannon Jewellers has excelled in quality and customer service becoming a beacon for downtown Olathe retail. We have used them for our jewelry needs and wants since 1988 and even though we moved away to California in 2018, we would highly recommend them for your jewelry purchases and services if you live in the KC area!

We have done business with Warren-Hannon Jewelers for over 30 yrs AND never had a bad experience! Richard is tremendous and very honest. He is extremely patient as well! We only shop at Warren-Hannon for ALL of our jewelry- he has incredibly beautiful items! The repair service is great as well. Jade helped us today and was wonderful as well! We LOVE LOVE LOVE this store!

My parents have been going to Warren Hannon for almost 30 years. When it was time for my husband and I to pick out our wedding set, we knew exactly where to go. Richard talked us through our options, asked questions to understand what work best for us and helped us find what we were looking for at a price we could afford. He is fair, kind and knowledgeable.
In addition to our ring purchases, we've had watch and chain repairs done there, ring resizing and a beautiful pearl necklace strung for my mother. Every experience was extremely positive. Bottom line, Richard treats his clients like family and that's worth it's weight in gold.

Excellent customer service! Warren Hannon Jeweler staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Great selection! Today I found the perfect ring for my daughter. Warren Hannon Jewelers is a wonderful local jeweler! I do not purchase much jewelry, but when I have an important purchase to make, they are my go to shop. I would like to thank the staff at Warren Hannon Jeweler for taking such good care of my rings. My wedding ring set needed to have the diamond reset and the mount replaced. They did a great job getting the rings repaired and polished. The set looks brand new even though its 45 years old. I also had another set that was repaired and polished and I couldn't ask for better service. All the rings sparkle brightly and are beautiful. The staff was very helpful and gave me top notch service. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you to all of you!
