Today we are celebrating 20 years of marriage with a new wedding band for me designed and made by Richard and Marsha to compliment the ring we bought from him for our wedding. It was exactly within our budget, beautiful and elegant beyond anything we could imagine. We have always received personal attention and kindness. When I accidentally threw my wedding ring and antique aquamarine ring into silver cleaner where they sat for over 24 hours, I ran to Marsha, crying my eyes out. Richard continues to provide excellent customer service, as he did throughout the entire custom design process. He listens, educates, and is patient and honest. His CAD designer is top in the industry, and Marsha is an incredible diamond setter, truly a master. The ring is absolutely stunning, and the new setting makes my diamond look amazing! The additional diamonds he chose are exquisite.

Richard Dolgin did a wonderful job refurbishing a ring I inherited from my mother after she passed away recently. They understood the sentimental value of the piece of jewelry, and they cleaned, sized and restored it to be even more beautiful than I imagined! Richard did a fantastic job for us. Richard took a diamond from my mom, and placed it on a ring for my wife. And he also took a family heirloom diamond and a classic platinum ring from my mom, and made a beautiful ring for my daughter. The ring had to be completely rebuilt. And in talking to other jewelers, there are not many jewelers who could have done this work. Both of my girls are very pleased with the beautiful work that Richard and Marsha did for us. Horrible experience! They actually soldered both of my diamond anniversary bands. The one on the top AND the one on the bottom. Sideways! So if I were to wear my ring, the diamonds on each band would actually be off center from my wedding ring, and that means that they are on the side of my finger as well. We moved and we're looking for a jeweler to start doing work with, and this was a very disappointing choice. The customer service was also terrible and they were very rude when confronted with their mistake.

She said yes! I recently customized an engagement ring from Richard and Marsha. Their work is beyond anything I have ever seen. They were even able to make a tight deadline fit beautifully. I recommend them above anyone else. Richard even gives you a taste of the process of ring making. Such an art form. I will definitely be using them again for future customization's.
