I have been longtime customer of Tivol with a few sales associates over the years. Annie is hands down the best I have ever worked with. Her product knowledge, customer service and communication is second to none! Annie is THE reason I don't shop anywhere else for my jewelry!

Tivol has been our go-to jewelry shopping destination for years. The store is lovely but even more lovely is Annie, who we consider our personal jeweler. Loved looking for my wedding band at the Tivol store in Overland Park KS. Anny helped me and gave me undivided attention and I didn't even have an appointment. It was also a busy Saturday and I didn't have to wait. This really means a lot after going to Shane & Co. with an appointment and having to wait 30 minutes and only getting about 5 minutes of service after being there for an hour. Tivol has brands that you can't find anywhere else in KC.

It's also not overwhelming with too many options and I really felt like the selection is what's on trend. I would highly recommend Anny, she helped me find my wedding band and my husbands wedding ring. Both 18k gold and stunning!

Alana was amazing and so helpful. She didn't make me feel silly or rushed for wanting to try on a bunch of different styles before deciding. They let me customize everything to how I wanted it, and the finished product was perfect. It looks even better in person than the picture. I would definitely recommend them for engagement rings.

Denise is fantastic and was of great help when we chose to upgrade my wedding ring for our 30yr anniversary. She took time to help us with the new design and stayed in communication for following 6 weeks that it was being re-made in NY. I could not be happier with the end result. I highly recommend Denise.

I have been buying jewelry from Tivol for at least 20 years. I started when I was working as a nurse a few blocks away and decided to go in. I was afraid I couldn't afford the jewelry or that I wasn't dressed in fine enough clothes but that feeling quickly fell away when I walked in. The sales people were friendly, welcoming and very helpful.

I found a ring in my price range and I've been going back ever since. I've also introduced my sister and daughter to the store and they love their jewelry pieces also. When shopping for jewelry at Tivol, I started being helped by Denise Baker many years ago and her customer service is outstanding. In fact, after working with her, when I go to other stores, I have been spoiled by the customer service at Tivol and especially Denise.

I am disappointed at other stores because I am always comparing it to the high standards set by Tivol. I've always loved jewelry but the quality and high level of customer service at Tivol. I'll never buy jewelry anywhere else. Sometimes I just like to go there to sit and have a glass or wine or champagne and enjoy the staff and the atmosphere. Five stars is not enough. I'd give them 10 s! Love the store, the jewelry store, and all the folks working there.

I always buy my jewelry at Tivol. They have an excellent selection, the store is upscale, and my sales associate, Scott Lillibridge at Hawthorn Plaza was excellent to work with. He helped with selections and never rushed me. The ambiance in the store is perfect

I had an outstanding experience working with Scott at the Hawthorne Plaza location. He was extremely knowledgeable, professional, and treated me as a valued customer. We are so happy with all of our purchases and experiences with TIVOL at the Hawthorne Plaza! Annie has worked with us for years. She helped my husband and I pick out the most beautiful wedding rings to match my gorgeous engagement ring. She takes the time to explain metals and gems and work within our budget. Most recently she went above and beyond to help repair and replace a lost diamond for my father's class ring.

She found a beautiful diamond and my father couldn't be more pleased. I cannot express how much Annie's professional and personal time/care mean to me and my family. No request or concern goes unaddressed. Thank you Annie!

Had a really interesting experience Saturday. My husband came in a week ago to get his Omega sized. Called before hand and was told that they didn't charge. When my husband came in a week ago they sized it down a whole link. Too small after a week. ( he didn't get charged a week ago ) We walked in Saturday with all the links. My husband told the sales person that he wanted to put in the half link and she told us that was no such thing. Awkwardly we said yes we have the half link.

After that she walked off with the watch to get sized for a eternity. I just don't think the atmosphere is very happy in this business. I hope things get better for you all. $16 later and tons of weirdness. We will now take our business to NKC as we have always been treated very pleasant at that business.

Thank you, Karly and Tivol! Twenty four years ago I took a two carat diamond to Tivol's and purchased a gorgeous setting with special laser set diamonds on the shoulder of the ring and sapphires. Well, age and gravity required that I have the ring enlarged a size. No jewelers here in Texas where I now live, wanted to size the ring. Too risky. Couldn't guarantee the side diamonds wouldn't pop out and so on.

Well I went to Kansas on family business and took the ring to Tivol's to see if they would try to size the ring. My salesperson Karly was so positive and agreeable. They sized the ring with no problem and mailed it to me in Texas in ten days. It looks better than ever and the alteration was reasonably priced. Thank you, Tivol's. Superb service and skill as always. Fan in Texas.

I'm posting this review for my sweet father. He recently purchased a beautiful diamond for my mother on their 50th wedding anniversary: Carly, Thank you for all your help, expertise, and professionalism during our shopping experience at Tivol's earlier this week. You made a special time for my wife even more special, and you took a lot of pressure off me. I'm sorry I'm so technically challenged that I can't go online and rate you and the company you work for.

My only previous purchases at a jewelry store were at Tiffany & CO on the plaza. I was able to get what I wanted there, and the experience was fine but nothing like the overall experience my wife and I had over the course of several visits at this Tivol in Leawood. We'd never been here before and thankfully we were truly blessed to have Tami be the one to work with us.

She listened so well to what my wife wanted, and kept patiently generating new ideas helping us to hone in on what we ultimately decided on. I think we'd still be looking if it weren't for Tami. I wish all our big purchases would go this smoothly and we'd get to work with someone like her each time. A wonderful experience from start to finish and we'll never go anywhere else again. Tivol, I feel, is a part of our family. Now let me explain why. My husband and I have been going to Tivol for approximately 22 years. My husbands wedding band was the first item we purchased at the Country Club Plaza store. But is was when my engagement ring was stolen out of our home that this store became our one and only place to purchase jewelry.

This jewelry store is so much more than the gorgeous jewelry in it's cases. It's the wonderful people behind those jewelry cases who truly care. The Tivol staff worked tirelessly to find the perfect piece (in our price range with no push to spend more) to fill the void left in my heart from the loss of my ring. I ended up leaving with a new engagement ring that was so beautiful and high quality that I never missed my first ring after that time.

Now let me take you to the Hawthorne Store to meet Tami Noon Mahaney. We've worked with Tami for approximately 10 years now and she is the absolute best in this industry! First, she is extremely knowledgeable about the items she sells and she takes the time to educate you on every aspect of the piece. She understands how to help you find a perfect balance in a piece that is not only beautiful but one that will retain its value over time. Second, she absolutely remembers you!

When she knows you are coming in, she'll find items that are perfectly matched to your taste, style, and budget. She thinks out of the box to help you find and create a piece of jewelry that you've only dreamed about! (Trust me she's done this many times for me!) Lastly, she is one of the kindest people I've met in a long time.

She truly listens and cares about your happiness and works endlessly to get your needs met. Because of the above information, my family and I will only shop at Tivol. My mother, mother in law and I have all purchased our wedding sets from this wonderful store. This store has played a huge part in my family's happiness. The best in customer service! I took a ring I had made elsewhere to them. It was badly flattened. I asked what the charge is to reround it. Mind you, I had been to another store and they said 24.95 and would need it until after New Years day. The salesman said no charge and would need 5 minutes. I shopped and found a great pair of earrings for my wife while I waited.

He brought my ring out perfectly repaired. He said it was amazing that my finger wasn't broken as well! I got a great price on the earrings! Some say that Tivol is Kansas City's Tiffany. I say Tiffany's is New York's Tivol!

There is no better jewelry store in Kansas City, particularly the Hawthorne store. We are always treated with courtesy and never rushed. It doesn't matter what amount you are spending. I made the mistake of purchasing something at another store. Never again! It was a terrible experience. Tivol is the only store for our family.

I went to the Tivol location in Leawood and needed a link added to my Cartier Pasha watch. I purchased the watch there many years ago. The salesman tried to look my name up and the watch didn't show up. I have purchased a few thing there in the past. I also had them check to see if it was under my sisters name and more items show up but no watch.

I was hoping since my family has purchased numerous things in the past at Tivol I would get some kind of loyalty from them. Well that didn't happen! I was charged $20 for the adjustment and sent on my way. What has happened with courtesy. She looked up my family's purchase history and at least a dozen things came up but no Cartier pasha. I hoped my loyalty was enough to help me out but I guess I was wrong! I will never go there again!

My fiancee's family is from Kansas City - his mom recommended Tivol and I am so glad she did. We got my Scott Kay engagement ring and wedding band here! I think we'll also be back for my dude's ring too. We currently live in Chicago. We'd visited 3 jewelers in Chicago and looked online and hadn't found exactly what we were looking for.

Plus we already had a diamond - lots of places don't set other people's stones. We went to both Tivol locations: this one and the Plaza. Both had great selections and great, NOT-PUSHY service. Tami Noon rocks my socks! She was totally flexible and helped us get our diamond set while we were in town on a pretty short timescale.
