Jewelry Creation was great with making my custom engagement ring for my now fiancee. I worked with Brett who did an awesome job with helping me pick the right design and finding the best center diamond for this ring. Also, communication via text made it very easy to ask minor questions and setup time to meet at the store. The store had a nice atmosphere and everyone there was friendly. I visited JC after a bad experience with a larger local jeweler. I first met with Laura to find a wedding band to compliment my engagement ring. She spent at least an hour and a half of her time helping me. compare styles and products. Her suggestions and advice were imperative in making my decision. She also helped me look beyond "brand names" and find other smaller designers with equal products.

At JC I was not a number, time slot, or a pay day. I was an inquisitive bride who was allowed to ask questions and take my (and Laura's) time. Miles- the security dog helps you center and gives you his opinion in tail wags! I recommend Jewelry Creations to everyone I know. They don't sell you gimmicks or plans here, they simply take care of it all!

Mo is fabulous to work with ~ she listens well and is able to guide you to the perfect purchase. She is extremely familiar with styles, types of gold and stones. I absolutely will be back and look forward to working with Mo again!

I have had nothing but positive experiences with the folks here. They are always willing to work with a budget and be honest at the same time. I ran over my girlfriend's favorite necklace with the vacuum cleaner and they did all of the leg work to get it replaced under the seller's warranty to get me a full replacement. If you want customer service, great products, and friendly staff, this is the place for you!

Great customer service. Brett was knowledgeable, efficient and very personable as he assessed my ring that had lost an emerald. The replacement was well matched to the remaining twin at an affordable price. I highly recommend him and Jewelry Creations.
