I have had 2 different pieces fixed here, both repairs are perfect and still holding up fine. i have also purchased some nice pieces as well. always professional.

My husband and I took my wedding band and engagement ring in to be sized the day before our 30th anniversary. They did the work that day so I could have my rings on my anniversary. Such great customer service is unheard of these days! And they did a beautiful job!

I recently took my diamond ring to the Stoneman Jewelers to have it repronged. When I went to pick it up I was not satisfied with the finish work. The women at the desk asked me if I was happy with it and I said not really and showed her the rough finish work at the base of the prongs. She took it back to have him fix it. She returned in 1 minute with the ring again.

Again I said it still looked rough so she took it back a second time. He worked on it for maybe 2 minutes this time and brought it out to me himself. I decided there was no point in going on with this, I was not going to get the workmanship I was looking for. I took my ring to Powden's Jewelry in Goffstown, NH and he completely replaced the prongs and it looks like new. His fee was not much more and I am completely happy with my ring being restored like new.

I absolutely love my engagement ring I have huge fingers for a woman so its very hard to find reasonable rings in my size but my fiance was able to and it gorgeous. I can't get over how nice and dainty of a ring it is but it still has so much character. I will cherish this ring forever. *EDIT* Well less than two months later the ring broke at the seam and I only have a desk job so its not as if work or everyday life could have done it. Hopefully they can fix it. If it can be done and for free seeing how its been less than 2 months it will go back to a 5 star rating

I have had amazing luck with Stoneman! I had another jeweler tell me a necklace I've had for well over 20 years tell me the necklace could not be repaired. I took it to Stoneman for a second opinion, and he fixed it! Almost as good as the day it was given to me. He does amazing work! I would recommend him to anyone! Keep up the GREAT work! And thank you for repairing something that can never be replaced, and giving me back the amazing memories that are attached to it!
