Please contact Evensong by email or phone us at 603 256-6018, before returning an item, to obtain a return authorization number. NOTE: If you do not obtain a return authorization number we will be unable to process your return. If you are not 100% satisfied with the items you receive, simply return them within 7 days of receipt for a refund or credit.

Shipping is free for the continental US only. Alaska is an exception and we will need to speak with you about your order if you live in Alaska. Shipping charges will apply for Alaska in the USA, Canada and all other International orders. Please contact us for applicable rates. We would love to send our jewelry to you!
