Seth Tanguay created the most beautiful pendant for me crafted from my Mother's wedding and engagement rings. You can see photos of the piece on Tanguay Jewelers FB page. I cannot be more happy with the pendant. This business is the one to go to for reputable, high quality jewelry and custom pieces!

I have been going to Tanguay Jewelers for over a decade. Brian and his team are very friendly, professional, and take the time to help in every aspect of their business. From sourcing specific stones for several rings, to engraving anniversary rings, to the amazing custom watches they built.they are great local people with amazing jewelry. We have 2 watches, a wedding set, and have had them make a few different pieces for us. Will always go back.

We had a wonderful visit with Brian Tanguay. We went today to discuss having a custom wedding band created from my fiances grandmother's wedding ring and Brian was most helpful, informative and reasonable. We look forward to working with Tanguay Jewelers to create our bands! Great prices and very personal and professional services!

I had an excellent experience here over the Christmas holiday, trying to get an estimate on the value of some old gold jewelry given to me as a child. The process was effortless - I simply stopped by the shop without an appointment, and the nice assistant at the counter took a look at my items, recommending which pieces I have appraised and making good suggestions where the other, less valuable pieces might be sold.
She gave me a ticket with a stamped number, and explained they were busy over the holiday, and to check back in a week or so for a price. Well, I lost the ticket, and called Tanguay over a month later, asking about my items. Brian, who I believe is the owner, took the time to hunt down my inexpensive necklaces, abandoned weeks ago. He called me back with a ticket number and an offer, which far exceeded what I thought the items were worth.
A week later, I stopped by without an appointment, submitted my ticket number, and was paid out in cash within 10 minutes. Really amazing customer service and a beautiful, locally-owned store right in the heart of Gardner. A+

These Jewelers have damaged 2 out of 3 stones while having them set into rings. First we thought it was just the Jeweler's son who just wasn't the most experienced, but we found out that the father is just as bad. 2 stones that had no inclusions to begin with before setting, turned out to be so badly damaged that it was noticeable to the naked eye.
Not to mention, one of the damaged stones was a white, near flawless diamond valued at 800-1200 dollars. Yet they still damaged it. I would not suggest having them set any stones for you or any of your family, because they don't take responsibility for their actions and claim the stones were in bad condition to begin with.
