I had lost a diamond out of my engagement ring! In the matter of a week I had the diamond replaced, all prongs tightened and ring clean. Wonderful customer service and turn around time. Will definitely recommend!

We went in to look at anniversary bands. We spent some time talking about what we wanted and finally settled on a ring. We were told they would order the setting for my wife to try on, and if we liked it, he would get the stones and finish the ring. They were supposed to call in a few days, but no one called back. Even after we called and left messages, still no one called back. We decided that it was probably best not to do business if they don't return phone calls.

John and Gabriel helped me to replace some old watch batteries and to change out the band on a new watch I recently got as a gift. The service was fast and friendly and the pricing was very reasonable!

I brought a silver one-of-a-kind hair clip here to be repaired. It was taken care of quickly and expertly! Highly recommend!

I am very delighted with the results and service! I could not wear several pairs of costume earrings I bought in Africa because I was allergic to the metal hooks. I'm not handy to DIY and when I went to a few other jewelry stores they couldn't be bothered. Not so at Holden Jewelers! John gave my earrings and my request the same care and attention as if they were made of fine gold.
