Here at Simon Jewelers, we have experts who can provide appraisals of all kinds including, but not limited to; Fine jewelry, diamonds, gemstones, sterling flatware, watches, and more. Our appraisers are both well-educated and experienced, and our accredited gemologist can properly identify and grade diamonds and colored stones.
The process of selecting a diamond may seem overwhelming. But knowing the four Cs - Carat, Color, Clarity, Cut - will help you understand the characteristics of a diamond and make a perfect diamond purchase. One carat equals to 0.2 grams or 200 milligrams. Carat weight is the prime factor that determines the weight of a diamond.
Gabriel & Co. understands the power of jewelry and its significance to consumer's lives. As infants - even before we can speak - we're attracted to things that sparkle. No wonder jewelry has such universal appeal. But jewelry that matters, the jewelry we cherish and covet possesses something more because its presence is integral in creating and celebrating the unforgettable moments in our lives.

Couldn't be happier with my experience at Simon Jewelers! Jordan went above and beyond to assist me with a new band for a vintage Rolex that was my late mother's. He ordered the band Thursday late afternoon, and to my surprise, they shipped it overnight and it was ready Christmas Eve! Jordan got it on the watch and removed links so it fit and it was perfect! This is what customer service is supposed to be! Thanks much!

I am so impressed with the customer service at Simon's Jewelers. They were very helpful in ordering the pieces I wanted and went beyond the call of duty to find exactly what I was looking for as well as getting them in time for my wedding. Merritt explored options for me which in turn opened new opportunity for Simon's to obtain a new supplier and expand their inventory.
Their due diligence in satisfying a customer and friendly sales staff makes for a long lasting impression and guaranteed repeat business. I will definitely be back. Thank you for all you did for me. Linda Fields

I had an absolutely superb experience with Simon Jewelers. My fiance (now wife) and me came in with not to much time until our wedding date. Merritt worked with us and was extremely informative, patient, and funny; all of which put us at ease and allowed us to find the perfect rings. Merritt followed up promptly with regular updates and crystal clear communication for what we should expect.
I never once doubted Simon jewelers ability to come through for us. Also, they repaired my wife's hand me down bracelet last minute for the wedding! Mr. Gary Simon even spent some time chatting with us and answering our questions, felt very appreciated at this place. 100% recommend, for new and experienced shoppers alike. I will be back!

This 5 star review is solely due to Christina and her customer service that was way above and beyond. I was driving by Simon Jewelers and noticed that they had a Luminox sign in the window and sure enough: they're an authorized Luminox dealer (not something I expected to find in High Point). I thought this was especially awesome because I had a Luminox Navy SEAL watch at home with a dead battery that I had been neglecting to have replaced for a while.
I took the watch to Simon and Christina greeted me when I walked in. I asked if they could replace the battery, and she said certainly for a $5 donation. She had me sign a waiver saying they could not guarantee the watch's water resistance after replacing the battery in the store. I was a little annoyed at this - not at Simon - but at Luminox.
You manufacture a "high end" DIVE watch of all things, meant for the water, but the local authorized Luminox dealer cannot replace the battery without negating said DIVE watch's water resistance? Ok, I digress. Let's get back to Simon. Christina asked if I could leave the watch, which also surprised me because they didn't seem to be very busy, but no big deal.
She wasn't going to be the one changing the battery after all, and I couldn't reasonably know just how much work the jeweler had in his backlog. So, I left the watch, but Christina did call a few hours later to let me know it was ready to go. I decided to pick it up the next day. I was once again greeted by Christina when I arrived. She retrieved my watch from the back and huddled up with another associate, looking at my watch in disbelief.
The band was broken in two places, with one of them being completely severed, which was not the condition it was in when I dropped it off. Christina showed me the watch and the jeweler had written on the ticket in red ink something about that's how it was when I dropped it off. Negatory, ghost rider. Christina would have clearly noticed and remarked about a watch THAT damaged - especially considering it was being dropped off for a battery replacement, and not a band replacement. "Say Mr. Customer, would you like for us to also replace that watch band that looks like it was ravaged by a pack of wild chupacabras?!" Christina apologized profusely and could obviously sense my displeasure.
In the end, she did not charge me for the battery replacement and replaced the watch band with a more durable, nylon-style Luminox band, which I love. It seems less and less common these days for sales associates to go way out of their way for their customers. 5 stars for Christina, and negative 5 stars for the jeweler that would have happily returned a broken ass watch that did not arrive in that condition to a customer. If/when I ever do have any jewelry needs, I will make sure Christina gets my business, and hope you consider doing the same.
