My mother took a piece of jewelry for repair. She lives 3 counties away and is 81 yrs old. She had been a frequent customer in the past even has outside family/friends connetions. Upon arrival we were greeted and the gentleman took care of her. She then tried talking to the owner. When he finally responded he was very rude not once looking at her, kept his back to her then walked away dismissing her.

It was blatantly obvious she was disturbing him. At this time he was not working with any other customer. After years of being a customer with Cass Jewlers, we both agreed that was very rude and disrespectful! Moving forward, she will be taking her business elcewhere. You may have fine jewelry, but your customer service doesnt come close to being fine!

Cass Jewelers is a great jewelry store with knowledgeable friendly people. The store has been in operation since 1948 in Greensboro. I highly recommend their business for all your jewelry needs.

Always great service, friendly staff, quality merchandise and their prices are reasonable. Not high pressure like some mall and larger jewelry stores can be.

I had the BEST experience with Jordan Cass today. She cleaned all my jewelry, fixed my earrings, and helped me replace a chain for my most beloved necklace. She made some of my older pieces shine like I've never seen before. I didn't even know my vintage broach had so much detail because of all the tarnish over the years. Now it looks brand new. They have made a customer for life! They also have a beautiful collection of estate jewelry that would make any girl swoon. I HIGHLY recommend checking them out.

I am delighted with both the quality of the workmanship and the price for getting an old, white gold ring enlarged 2 sizes. I have found my new jeweler--and I don't even live in Greensboro! Shout out to the nice sales people as well!

I am so grateful to Cass Jewelry! When my husband and I stopped in this afternoon a lovely lady greeted us in a most welcoming manner. Geoff went out of his way on the spot to engrave My medical bracelet for me. As 'essential workers' we have little time when rested enough after work to do anything. Getting this done could be life saving for me. Thank you Geoff! What a tribute to kindness.

I brought my engagement ring in to have the band fixed since it split and the base and was oblong. I thought I had to have the entire stone reset on something new but they assured me it could be fixed. I got my ring back in less than a week and it is perfect! Price was good as well. Highly recommend Cass Jewelers to anyone looking for that special piece or for repairs. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Customer service is above and beyond!

Terrible place.what a ripoff. Prices and workmanship are terrible. Their prices are not near what they should be. I will never step in that store again

VERY disappointed with engraving to a bracelet, which was botched. Excessive word spacing; shoddy engraving; poor word placement with letters engraved over the.925 silver metal stamp and country of origin causing those letters to be hard to read. It's worth noting the owner thought the work was fine and offered reasons for the engraving being subpar.

The owner offered to polish out and re-engrave. I decided against that from fear of it being more of a messy job, especially since he thought what was already done was fine. My level of expectation was not met, and if the task was a problem to achieve, I would rather had been told that. He agreed to a refund. I hope this was a learning experience for them as it was for me.

I'm not sure where to begin describing the excellent service me and my fiance have experienced at Cass Jewelers. They have extremely helpful and knowledgeable staff to guide you through every step of your purchase. They exceeded our expectations and walked me through every step of the ring buying process. They helped me to find the pickiest girl in the world the perfect ring for her and she absolutely loves it.

One of the small diamonds around the band ended up falling out later on and we took it back to them to seek their advice on what to do and they sent it back to the jeweler and fixed it with absolutely no charge and even told us to bring it back at anytime if it happens again for the same fix! They do things in the exact timing that they promise and provide quality service and quality products with a smile. I couldn't be happier with my experience and recommend Cass to everyone!

I had 2 jewelry stores tell me they would not resize my ring down due to the material. (Platinaire) One of the stores was rude enough to ask, "why didn't you just get the right size ring?" Like really! Anyway Cass jewelry were incredible. They actually researched what platinaire was and did their best to take care of me. I've been there now twice for ring resizing & have both times been impressed with the service. I will always be taking my jewelry straight here now and not even try other jewelers.

Cass Jewelers is a family run business with excellent customer service! They always offer free cleaning on jewelry pieces and value high quality craftsmanship. Looking forward to a lifetime partnership with this jeweler.

Those people don't have the minimum of the customer service. I've been working in sales for years so I know how you should greet people, match their needs till you walk them thru the door or at lease say " Have a good day" Will never go back they wanted to keep the watch a week to just tell me the estimate! I went to another local place right away they quoted me the price!

You gotta learn even if I didn't do the purchase you have to accept my decision with a smile on your face cuz I can recommend people to you or at least that can change my mind! Especially with those tough moments you want as many customers and money in!

I'm a little late at posting this but I absolutely have to leave a review for this business. They quite literally saved my wedding day! I purchased a brand new diamond band from another business closer to home and when I opened the box the day before the wedding, I was missing a stone and it was VERY noticeable. He was able to set a stone in my band mere HOURS before my ceremony with absolutely no notice at all. I can not thank them enough for what they have done for me and if you need a good quality jewelry repair at a reasonable price, please visit this business!

Cass Jewelers is a great family owned business that brings great service and prices that you won't get from the big box stores. They can also repair and MAKE jewelry too! We had an additional band made by taking a mold of our current band to flank both sides of her ring. I sent my father in-law there to find a diamond missing from his wife's stud whereas another location tried to sell him a new set. Geoff Cass not only replaced the diamond (exact matching quality) but it was half the cost!
