If you have never been to Indigo Jewelers you're missing out. This store is fabulous and the staff is very knowledgable. I recently used them for jewerly appraisal as we switched insurance and I needed an update appraisal. First off they did a great job on the appraisal! If you are in need of a comprehensive appraisal, one that the insurance company cant argue the value of your jewelry, go see them! Definitely an eye catching store. Be nice and buy yourself a new piece of jewelry - you really are worth it!

I had managed to break my wedding ring! This was an heirloom ring by the way. We looked everywhere for a place that could fix it/replace pieces and finally found Indigo. Not only did they fix what I broke, they managed to make it where I could not do it again, and cleaned it better than I have ever had it cleaned! Fairly priced and super pleasant staff on top of that! You guys have a client for life! And if I have any say in it, generations of clients to come! Thank you!

Exceptional service. I went in to get a new battery for my watch. He completely clean, polished & fine tuned it much past my expectation. They have some great watches, rings & all types of jewelry for everyone. I'll be returning soon to purchase a new watch.

Wonderful experience with Indigo Jeweler's! this is my go to place for all things jewelry so when I lost a stone in my ring, I knew they would take care of me! handled everything with insurance and had such a fast turn around! I even did new prongs for my center stone and wow did it make a difference!

I must be really hard on my wedding ring because I've had to have it in twice now to be repaired. Both times, I have received the best customer service and support one could ever imagine. My Jeweler (Yes, I'm claiming him.) went above and beyond for my husband and me. He worked within our budget and even threw in a surprise for me. My ring has never looked so good and fit so well. My husband purchased my diamond ring for our 20th anniversary yrs back from Indigo Jewelers. I had to go in for surgery recently that I had get it removed from a jeweler. My fingers swell so much we went back to Indigo and Michael was able to cut the ring off and have it resized. I was never so happy to have my ring back and it fits perfect! Thank you Indigo Jewelers for working so hard in getting it right the first time!

My fiance and I recently got both our rings here and we are beyond pleased with the results! We brought in pictures of what we were looking for - which were both pretty non-traditional - and they completely customized everything for us to make them our own. Both Stacy and Mr. M. were a delight to work with and their communication was superb! Detail and quality is clearly their specialty and I highly recommend them.

Recently brought a piece of jewelry in to be repaired and let me just tell you they did an AMAZING job! Looks better than brand new! I had to take off my wedding band last week that I've worn for 47 years. I realized that the band needed enlarging, so I took it to Indigo Jewelers on Saturday. I was concerned about having my ring enlarged in time to wear on Thanksgiving, just 5 days away. They did a beautiful job enlarging the ring and had it ready on Wednesday, the day before Thanksgiving. Thank you so much for getting this done quickly. It means a lot to me.

Words can't begin to express how wonderful Indigo Jewelers is. I came in to get some work done on my wedding ring set and was hoping to find someone I could trust to do the job right. Without a doubt, Mr. M was the man for the job. After talking with both Stacy and Mr. M I felt more than comfortable leaving my rings with them. A week later I went to pick up my rings.

I cried when they showed me my rings and was so blown away by the incredible job that Mr. M had done on them. Without a doubt, Indigo Jewelers is a place that cares about their customers, knows you by name, and does very high quality work. I will most certainly be back!

This place is amazing! I bought a Apple Watch band that has links and i got it through target. Well i needed a link taking out and target was not able to do as they did not have the tools. So then i went to t-mobile and a customer said to go to an independent jeweler and they should be able to do it. So i found this place when i looked in my maps.

And they were as sweet as good be! Not only were they able to take a link out for me, they also cleaned my wedding rings! They informed me that i could bring up any rings and they would size them! They can fix just about anything, they had a customer who was trying to get a ring fixed and no other jeweler would touch, but they did! They are sweet and reasonably priced! I will forever be going back!

If you are looking for world class service, Indigo Jewelers is for you. I took my ring in for service, and I needed it done quickly. They were so accommodating and I was amazed by the quality of work. The level care given to my jewelry was top notch. I was lucky to find Indigo, and they have a customer for life. They certainly have the talent and service that will continue to bring me back.

Bought what I thought was a nice gold chain a few years ago then I ran on hard times and had to hock it, after running a chem test on it I was told that it wasn't worth anything, Indigo ripped me off, will never return again.

Indigo is our go to jeweler! They are so friendly and knowledgeable, they really know how to make your jewelry one of a kind. They recently took my great grandmothers engagement ring and made it into this beautiful custom necklace for me so I am able to wear it again! I cannot rave about the staff enough!

Thank you Mr. M and Stacy for taking good care of me for getting a promise ring for our 16 year old daughter-in peridot. Great personal service and great results! Had 3 rings resized with prong repair. The rings turned out beautifully.like they are brand new. One ring held a lot of sentimental value and I was apprehensive about how it would look after the repair. Michael did a marvelous job! I didn't think I could love it more but I do! The job was done quickly too. I took the pieces in on a Wednesday and the job was finished on Thursday. Thanks, Michael and Stacy!

Michael and his staff was amazing. I bought my Grandma's ring in. It was in a baggie and I asked Michael to work his magic. He did more than work his magic. The ring looks amazing! If you are looking for personalized jewelry shopping experience, I'm sure you would be very happy here. The staff is very professional, and the store is almost spa-like. I've had a repair on my husband's wedding ring, and some watch batteries replaced. I will add - this is not the place to take your less expensive watches for batteries, it just doesn't seem to be their thing.

Though they will do it, they replaced my Timex battery by the next morning. If I was looking for something really nice, or needed someone to make something custom for me, or needed repair on a nice piece of jewelery - I would definitely check them out.

I can not begin to express my gratitude to everyone at Indigo Jewlers. I brought them my grandma's watch to have the band extended and told them that I didn't think she had much time left. She didn't she passed that night. When I told Mr. M what was going on he went above and beyond and was able to get taken care of for me by the next afternoon. I was happy to be able to wear her watch at her memorial and could thanks to his understanding.

I took two Timex watches for battery replacement. The man at counter took them and said they would be ready in a week. He also immediately tried selling me some brand he recommended, although I'd never heard-of the brand. I thought that was kinda long for a battery replacement, but I left them anyway. When I returned to pick them up, he began telling me that he was unable to replace the batteries and said that Timex was a throw-away brand, and started in on whatever brand he was selling. Now, I know Timex is not a Movado, but these were higher-end for Timex (approx $200 -$300 each) and had worked without issue for years until the batteries died.

The manuals that came with the watches showed how to replace the batteries, so I knew it wasn't rocket science. I felt the jeweler just wanted to sell watches and not bother with repair- not good customer service.
