Denise was fantastic. I had an heirloom ring with 4 diamonds custom made by Robbins Bros. that came out horribly.she took the diamonds from the ring and helped me create a gorgeous ring that far beyond exceeded my expectations. Come to this store! It's more than a jewelry store. Denise helped me figure out what I really wanted, was super patient, and in the end I have a dreamy ring I'm proud to wear for a lifetime. The jeweler's work here is top notch as well. I am so impressed. Couldn't be happier!

I've been going here for years and I am always delighted with their personalized customer service. They remember their customers and are very helpful. They have worked with me to create memorable new pieces from my grandma's jewelry to fixing pieces I've received as gifts. Initially, I was not planning on getting anything more than just the ring I was looking for, but after a few conversations and a little interactions with the ladies in the store, especially Jessica, I found myself being very happy with their customer service and their knowledge---I ended up having my engagement ring polished and serviced there.
They were so professional throughout the process and ensured that I had a peace of mind with their service. After the polish and repair, my ring looks like new again!
