Had a submariner and a daytona (tune up) polished, clean etc. I call them the wonder twins.nice guys and well verse with EVERYTHING Rolexes.call/talk and pick their brains about the watch, you will get an earful of information.

Found My Forever Jewelers! Twins Jeremy & Kenny are absolute gents! I may be biased bc I'm a twin too hehe Went to get my Fendi watch adjusted & battery fixed. They helped me right away no wait! Took less than 5 mins for them to adjust my watch band to fit me & change the battery. The shop is really unique- they have a visible watch laboratory where you can watch the watch scientist customize your pieces. Warning: You may not want to leave right away bc there's too many gorgeous pieces to eyeball in there & the brothers are super fun/friendly- fun chatting w em! Already planning my next visit to bring my twin in to get some of her pieces repaired :) Thanx Twins :)

I always enjoy my visits to Jewelers on Time. Kenny and Victor are awesome. They are both knowledgeable about everything you ever wanted to know about watches. If you are looking to purchase a high end designer watch (or want to sell your high end designer watch), then I would highly suggest a visit to Jewelers on Time. I recently had (8) watch batteries installed in my watches and I was in and out within 30 minutes. Prices are reasonable as compared to other jewelers in/around the area.

The shop owners Victor and Kenny are incredible. They really take care of you and are willing to help you out in any way they can. I highly recommend them. Their building is super nice and they have a Rolex certified watchmaker on site. These guys are pros and the only people I would buy my watches from.

Great experience at Jewelers On Time thanks to Victor and Kenny. I needed a Rolex SkyDweller polished and repaired. When I brought it to their store, it was poorly damaged from a sub-par aftermarket bezel. I saw Michael Jordan wearing one on TV, with the watch glistening in from-factory condition. I then became upset with having a beat up watch that didn't look nearly as good as MJ's and didn't even want to wear it.

There were scratches all over my watch, and the ring-lock-command feature of my watch did not work at all. Jewelers On Time was able to completely restore the watch to the condition it was when it left the factory, including fixing the rotating bezel feature that is essential to the watch. This is very impressive because Rolex themselves do not sell parts for the SkyDweller, or have any guidelines on how to work on them.

This means that the watchmakers at Jewelers On Time are experienced and advanced professionals. In addition to excellent service, I noticed their inventory is refreshing and unique. Not just run-of-the mill stainless and precious metal pieces--they have a great selection that includes sought-after vintage watches as well. Highly recommend!

What a pleasure to work with! I was referred to Ken at Jewelers on Time by a Friend at a Factory Rolex store, for my Rolex Daytona Service. Not only did they perform a flawless job and made the watch look new, but they were in touch, and kept the price extremely competitive. Less than the Factory Rolex Service (which by the way in the past I had to send the watch in twice) as it did not work when it came back.

Recently I had a small issue with my Daytona, I texted Ken N. during COVID19, he had me drop off the watch and get it back within a few days, when I asked him the charge, he said we stand by our work, even though it had been close to a year. This is Customer Service and Professionalism at its finest!

I have purchased a watch from Kenny. Pros: The watch is genuine. The store is in a nice, safe place and is a beautiful store. I had an issue with my purchase and they have offered to repair under warranty. Cons: The watch I've purchased was advertised as "just serviced". However, the watch wasn't keeping time as should and had another minor issue. They have offered to repair, but I am in another country and so this is not really an option for me.

Kenny and Victor are too notch guys. They are honest and have great prices. Super transparent. I've purchased many watches through them and have always been happy.

I've been coming to Jeweler's On Time for many, many yrs. Alberto does excellent work! He's honest and trustworthy. I have taken my Rolex, my husband's Rolex, my mother in law and husband's uncle Presidential Rolexes. All of our watches always looks amazing after we get them serviced. I can't imagine taking our watch elsewhere. We've been going to Jeweler's On Time when they were in Orange way back in 1999-2000.

I really don't mind going to Newport Beach knowing that I never have to worry about leaving our watches with Alberto and his team. My husband still has his dad's vintage Rolex stainless Turn O'Graph 1625 with 14k white gold bezel that his dad bought in 1961. The beauty of it is that our children will continue the tradition having Jeweler's On Time service their Rolexes! Thank you for your exceptional craftsmanship.

I had a watch from the 90s overhauled here recently. It looks brand new! Everyone is very friendly, parking is easy, and the quality of work is fantastic. I will definitely be returning!

Found this store on eBay. Called to the store and kenny took my call and answered all my questions. He is my now guru watch as i called him. I was so satisfy to finally found my submariner. Overal customer service and transaction was just amazing. I would not hesitate to get my watches from this store.

I just completed a purchase of a used Rolex Sea Dweller (16600) with Kenny. Kenny's price was fair (not the highest, not the lowest) but the watch had just been serviced and looked glorious. I was buying this for my dad. Kenny sells far more expensive watches then this but he treated me like an A list client. Kenny spent a good deal of time showing me the watch, giving me the history, and working through some logistical issues as my dad is out of state.

They also respond to emails within an hour--even after the store is closed. It is clear they take good care of their customers and I will happily buy my next watch from them. Thanks!

Seriously had an amazing transaction with them through eBay. The Rolex thunderbird came exactly as described with papers and was a great value for their pricing. I completely screwed up the original transaction by giving them my old shipping address by accident. I reached out before they shipped and they refunded the transaction immediately to allow me to correct the address (necessary for PayPal payment).

And then I even had to wait a couple days for the account to settle to send the transaction again, they were very patient and responded typically within an hour. Overall I'm very happy with the transaction and can't attest to the legitimacy of their watches and business practice enough.

The Nguyen twins are my go-to guys for anything timepiece related. Recently had my Panerai serviced and polished. JOT staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and fast. Walked in, quoted a fair price and given a lead time. They finished in half the time! These guys will continue to go above and beyond on expectations - def worth a visit.

Kenny provides excellent customer service! A client gifted a Rolex Submariner watch to me late last year. I wear it almost daily and it began to lose time and stop for no apparent reason. Tried a few suggestions and none of them worked, so I figured I would call the shop that my client bought the watch from, Jewelers on Time. Kenny answered my call, listened to my situation, and offered to ship it in (I live in TX) free of charge.

They carry a 2 year warranty on the watch so he said they would check it out and get back to me. Took them a total of 5 days to diagnose, repair, and ship the watch back to me at no cost. Kenny was great with follow up and I'm very happy with the service I received. I will definitely use them for future service and purchases. Thanks Kenny!

Today I purchased a beautiful Rolex submariner 2 tone with the Blue dial. I cannot say enough great things about the customer service at this place. kenny is a great guy and was very responsive when I told him what I was looking for over the phone. I came across Kenny Nguyen via TRF and I am really glad I did. After months browsing for an anniversary present for my wife, Kenny had a watch she like in stock. Few emails/texts back and forth, then a phone, and finally agreed on a price. Payment was sent via paypal and delivery was scheduled. Kenny shipped next day via USPS -- including Saturday delivery.

Once I received the box, I checked all was ok before wrapping it and giving it to my wife. Needless to say, she loved her new piece; all is good with the world. Thank you very much for your patience and outstanding service. Making a large purchase is never easy, especially when not face to face. However, Kenny was wonderful to do business with. I recommend him and his store and look forward to doing more biz in the future.

I went in and liked how sorted out and new their shop seemed so I decided to try them out to repair a Panerai 118. I dropped it off and had them service and polish the watch. I picked up two weeks later and had to return because it was stopping every few minutes and not keeping time. They took it back to fix again and called me a week later to pick up.

Upon receipt I noticed the inside of the crystal is horribly scratched. They offered to repair at their cost but would not guarantee authentic Panerai crystal would be used. Thanks to them I have to go to Panerai for them to replace. They ruined a crystal of a nice watch and cost me hundreds of dollars to get serviced. They suck. Find a better place to get your watch repaired.

They replied that they "fixed" the issue. As you can see they didn't do anything and if a mechanic damaged your engine would you take back for them to "fix"? They would likely damage it even worse.

I've known watch dealers, Kenny and Victor for over 25 years and Alberto Frosio, the owner for over 15 years. I wouldn't make any purchases with out consulting with them first. I only trust their certified Rolex watch makers with maintaining all my time pieces. They have the best prices and they stand by all their watches with a lifetime warranty!
