As members of Independent Jewelers Organization we have the opportunity to travel to Antwerp, Belgium - the Diamond Capital of the World. We travel to Antwerp regularly to buy diamonds directly from the De Beers sight-holders. In addition to purchasing diamonds for our store, we also serve as a diamond broker for some of our customers, personally selecting a unique diamond for them in Antwerp.

I broke my hollow rope chain, thought it was done I took to daniel jewelers, they fixed it so good u can't see where it was broken, took a week but don't care, excellent service will go there for every jewelry service. Highly recommend!

I ordered an eternity band with 2 point diamonds. When I saw the ring I felt the diamonds were to small. Joe was very accommodating. He exchanged the ring for one with bigger stones. It turned out beautifully. I really love it. Thanks Joe.

This review is regarding repairs only since, unfortunately, I didn't have time to shop. Just got a couple links taken out of two watches. Didn't even take 15 min! So efficient! The woman working was super pleasant and double-checked sizing which I appreciated. I asked about other repairs and they do it all on site so no valuable jewelry through the mail. Good to know! I'll definitely be back, even if it's just to shop;
