Have used Quality Gem twice in the last few months for two custom pieces. One was my fiance's engagement ring and the other was the ring insert pictured below. I could not be happier with the results. We are not the easiest people to work with at times but Dennis was very accommodating and made this very pleasurable. I will be using Dennis for any and all jewelry needs.

I've had a great experience with everyone at QG! I walked in one day with an idea for an engagement ring and a budget. the saleswoman Nicole helped walk me through my options without pressuring me one bit! They don't work on commission so they really just want to make you happy within your budget and hope you will become a repeat customer.

She was very patient with me to find the right stone & the right setting. Rob helped work through all the fine details with me and the ring came out PERFECT! I'm beyond happy with what QG was able to make for me.

I had the distinct pleasure of working with Rob to find and create the most beautiful engagement ring for my girlfriend. It started while I was deployed overseas and worked with me to figure out specs I wanted that fit her personality. From start to finish, this process has been so easy and the whole Quality Gem team was amazing. I am a notoriously indecisive shopper and knew, when it came to my engagement ring, I would most likely try 3-4 jewelers before making a decision. However, I walked into Quality Gem and never needed to visit anyone else. Rob made the experience more fun then I ever thought it could be. I never felt like I didn't have 100% control of the process and only had to worry about the general happiness of sharing the experience with my father and now my fiance. We are going back for the wedding bands and all future jewelery if I have anything to say about it. Thank you Rob and the team.

Quality Gem is a lovely place to go. They have fantastic staff and a great variety of jewelry. They have taken great precautions during the pandemic and are very attentive to your specific needs. We love them!

We started using Quality Gem in 1998 when my husband proposed to me. He bought my engagement ring and our wedding bands there. They were still in the little plaza across from the building they are in now. Over the years we have bought many beautiful pieces from them, reset stones and upgraded. The quality in their name means just that. Every piece is beautiful!

The owners and staff are knowledgeable, friendly and become friends over the years. We now live in Florida and have had pieces sent to us. In closing you will not find a better jewelry store, owners and staff anywhere!

I had an old sapphire ring and I was not sure if it was genuine sapphire. This shop thoroughly inspected it for free. They were honest, professional, and gave me an in depth explanation all about the ring. It was very helpful. Other places wanted to charge me $150 for the same service. This was what I would consider over the top customer service. With all the places out there trying to really over charge you I feel that thos would be a great place to go if you want good service at a fair price. Despite not buying anything from them today I am happy to recommend them.

So we went in looking for an engagement ring. I know a lot about jewelry and exactly what I like, dont like and I was especially specific about what we were NOT looking for.that is exactly what the girl showed us. A WAY overpriced setting it was huge and crazy expensive.when I mentioned this was not what I was looking for and that it was too much in every way she showed us others but went back to that setting 2 more times actually telling my fiancee "you want to be proud to give the ring to her dont you?" but then said you know I dont work on commission OMG!

They didnt have much to show we quickly exhausted their selection and the settings they had didnt even have CZs in them so you can get an idea of how itd look. Overall, I would never go there for jewelry, sales girl was a complete turn off and the selection was poor for engagement rings. Go to jewelry designs!

We have been a customer of Quality Gem for too many years to count. Now both of my sons are getting married out of town but the returned to Quality Gem for both their engagement rings and wedding bands. The team at Quality Gem is top notch, excellent service, and outstanding attention to detail. Simply the best!

Fantastic service. The staff remembers your name (it seems) and they are very calm and understand to your every need. The service is prompt and the jewelry is usually ready sooner than they estimate! Will be back here for all my jewelry needs!

My family has been going to Dennis practically all my life. My mother keeps a running wish list here, so my father really has no excuse to goof on presents (and yet, he somehow manages to do). Excellent service, selection, prices- if they do not have something, they will find it for you.

I have to admit, I am biased about this place. It is owned by a family friend of my fiance's. The first purchase he made there, however, was my engagement ring. The service at the store has been top-notch. We had to bring my ring in to be sized, as the boy went a little large (better than too small!). Most places will ask you to leave it there overnight, or a few days, and come back for it.

We had it back in an hour, polished and looking brand-new, fitting perfectly. The jeweler sat with us and went over the pros and cons of the different types of wedding bands, patiently answering all of my many questions. He was so helpful. The only reason for the 4 stars instead of 5? It's not close enough to our house, so we have to make special trips to stop by. Which we'll be doing again soon, as we need to have the ring sized down again. I have shrinking fingers, I swear.
