I've used the Carmel Flower Shop on several occasions throughout the years and have been so pleased with them. Their website is easy to use, attractive and has a huge selection of flowers and arrangements at different price points. I've called in orders and find them to be upbeat, friendly and very cooperative on the phone. They are my "go to" florist! This was sent as a get well gift and I waa told they were beautiful. I placed an order with words of congratulations and best wishes. The card was not included, so it wasn't until I called the recipient that she knew whom it was from. Then she sent a picture of the flowers the day they arrived. They were partially dead and the rose petal edges were tan/brown. I was so embarrassed. I would like a refund! Terrible customer service, unable to speak to a florist.

I love this flower shop for many reasons. It's a real local mom & pop operation. They're lovely to work with. Their store is beautiful, with high quality flowers and plants, and many other unique and beautiful products. The web site is easy to use, and I've never had any problem ordering through it, and having the flowers delivered when they're supposed to be. If there are any issues or questions, you can call them and speak with an actual human that cares.

Happy customer here. Was very pleased with the flowers and the service provided by Carmel Flower Shop. The price was reasonable and the quality and quantity of the flowers was superior. The unicorn vase is precious and the ribbons added a nice birthday touch. Also appreciate the email update on delivery. Highly recommended.

Carmel Florist did our daughter's wedding several years ago & we were completely impressed with the service & beautiful floral designs! Since then I often shop there as it is my favorite go to store for very healthy plants & lovely gifts; it makes me feel happy just to do inside! This year I plan to do my Christmas shopping here

I've used Carmel Flower Shop a few times since moving out of New York to send bouquets and I have had nothing but excellent experiences. The arrangements look like the examples on site, deliveries have been smooth with updates, there's always something that fits what I need and received beautiful gifts from there too.
