Very happy with our entire experience at reflection in gold. Don spent hours with us picking out the perfect custom semi mount engagement ring, since we had a diamond to provide. Once the ring arrived, they mounted the stone, in-house, within hours. Everyone was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely will be returning for more jewelry in the future.

This jewelry business is an amazing 5 star FAMILY owned and operated store. I moved here in 2020 and almost immediately was gifted a 3 carat diamond ring from a sick friend. (I know right?) I needed it sized and appraised for insurance coverage. I picked this store because of the generational family history. I walked in and was greeted by owner Rita, daughter Nicole and Don from sales.

I can't explain it but it was more than a warm welcome. Everyone loved my story about my friend sending it in an envelope, regular mail for 82 cents! Don looked at it my stone and informed me it was spectacular. He called in Gianni, who is the on site master jeweler and another oh so friendly guy. Long story short, they had sized it while I waited, put different guards on it, and fixed a watch for me.

That's IT. I was able to send a friend who bought several perfect silver necklaces for special gifts. Every time I walk in I am treated like royalty. It feels like Cheers where everybody knows your name. I hope my sincerity shines through this review. If I feel like family after purchasing virtually nothing, I can only image how happy a "real" client would be.

I would recommend Reflections In Gold to anyone! They are the most caring and helpful employees, always thinking of the customer first. They listened to my ideas and complimented them which resulted in a beautiful piece of jewelry. I cannot thank them enough!

I enjoyed the woman who worked with me however I found the older taller man kind of aloof. I didn't appreciate the way he treated me when he looked at my gold rose necklace that my brother had made for my mother in dental school. He also appraised it at a lower price than I expected. The young lady of the family is terrific. I will come back but I don't really want to work with the man anymore. Thank you for repairing my jewelry.

This is a wonderful, family owned business which provides a full service. I went in to have rings resized. The repair was perfect and the rings looked like new. I was then inspired to purchase a new bracelet and each of the sales people were helpful and patient, as I can be quite indecisive. Additionally, this business is an asset to the Venice community as they have been generous supporters of local charities.

Once again, I had outstanding service at Reflections In Gold. I had some delays for a repair, and they went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and make the entire experience right. I would never even consider going anywhere else for repairs or purchases. This is an honest establishment with great service and staff. Beware though, as you will always want to buy something every time you come in, as their selection and prices are the best!

I brought a wide omega style bracelet that needed to be made smaller. I was very impressed. You could not tell that anything was done. It was perfect. I worked in a jewelry store for 16 years so I know good work whe I see it. I also had 2 other repairs done that were done perfectly. I was also impressed with the friendly service from the staff. I highly recommend them for purchase and repairs. I also purchased a bracelet while I was there. Very nice quality.
