We brought it into Milan to have it sized to my finger, and Milan brought some issues to our attention. Since she never took it off her finger, it had some serious signs of wear that I hadn't even noticed before Milan pointed them out.

The prongs holding the diamond were almost completely flat and I was at risk of losing the stone. The back of the ring was also so thin from years of wear that it could have snapped at any time. Milan built up the prongs, reinforced the back, sized the band perfectly, and cleaned the ring. It looked brand new! We were so impressed with the quality and professionalism that we returned to Milan for our wedding bands.

We ordered a simple band for my husband and a custom shadow band to match my engagement ring. Again, Milan exceeded our expectations. We won't go to any other jeweler and we can't recommend Milan's Jewelry enough!

When my previous jeweler retired, he referred me to Milan to have my diamond palm tree repaired and I was so pleased with the results that I trusted him again to replace a diamond I had lost out of my wedding band due to broken prongs. Not only did he replace the diamond, he replaced all of the prongs so I wouldn't lose another diamond. I picked up my ring and was in awe of its appearance, as sparkly and shiny as it was first placed on my finger 38 years ago. Wow. Great experience. I went through Facebook trying to find an actual jeweler. This was the only place I could find where they had a jeweler on site. The owner sits at the counter and is the guy that does the work. The price for putting a new setting and new diamond on my ring was fair and I agreed. Afterwards he saw my license said I'm I veteran and gave me a discount. The ring was done in was less time than I expected. Satisfied is an understatement.

Could not recommend Milan and his team more! He is so kind and you can tell actually cares about what he does. I got a new diamond set in my original engagement band and I am absolutely in love! He did a wonderful job with such a quick turnaround! Will definitely be back! Thank you so much Milan!

Milan did an amazing job customizing my fiancee's engagement ring. I was so impressed by his attention to detail. We recently went back to have him make the wedding band as well. From the beginning, he has been honest, really great and easy to work with, and made the whole process very pleasant. Plus, he's just a really nice guy. Milan transformed my Mom Mom's ring into my engagement ring that's even more stunning than I could've imagined. He did a great job restoring the piece while making it more current and my style. I love that it has sentimental value as a family heirloom while also being very me. Milan worked really well with my fiance making the ring to make it a surprise for me.

The ring also had a quick turnaround time (which helped my fiance with surprising me). We felt very comfortable with him, which was such a relief as this was a family piece. Highly recommend!

Wonderful customer service all around! I took and antique diamond and sapphire ring to them to turn it into a necklace. Not only did they know exactly how to handle it with care, they were able to have the project finished quickly and reasonably. The job itself was not an expensive one but they didn't seem to matter. They still gave me excellent customer service and didn't try to sell me on things I didn't want/need.

Other jewelers in Sarasota have turned me away or tried to scam me because they couldn't be bothered with a such a small project. I will be going back to Milan's for my future jewelry needs and recommending them to my friends and family! And bonus, their shop dog is beautiful and so friendly!
