Fabulous folks - Jason is awesome and very professional- it felt like home when I was inquiring.

I needed a new watch band. The only one they had was $155. You try to shop locally but with service like this you are forced to go online. Amazon Leather watch band 19.99. Plus tools to change the band.

Went in looking for a rose gold wedding band. They had a beautiful selection to chose from. The jeweler understood what I was looking for and made the process easy. I ended up finding my ring at a different place, but I would have ordered here if I hadn't.

I'm sorry to say I am very skeptical about this place and after my experience. I will not go back and also caution others wanting to do business here. I brought in a small watch, which was very old, for a battery replacement. While the battery was changed and returned to me, it still did not work. I left it there to be checked out and found that for it to be fixed, it needed to be "cleaned out" which would cost $115.

I felt something off so I brought it to another location for a second opinion. The watch company in UTC mall changed out the complete watch kit for only $69. I wonder how much more Coffrin would have charged to replace the kit. They did not even offer that option. For watch repair, I suggest going elsewhere.

If there was a way to do a 10 star review, I would! Chase and Joe helped me and their patience and knowledge and obvious enjoyment and passion in what they do every day makes the entire experience so great. You can trust Coffrin Jewelers to do a great job! They are attentive and there is no high pressure. No job is too small and they take great pride in doing the job right. Thank you Coffrin Jewelers!

When you don't matter, they don't care! When you go in for a consultation for a wedding ring and you check in and months later they haven't produced anything.don't waste your money! Because they don't actually care about the customer!

I brought my rose gold engagement ring here to be resized from a 7 to a 5 1/2. I had a very short window and Coffrin Jewelers worked with me to complete my ring in less than 48 hours. The price was very reasonable and the timeline was much shorter compared to other places I got a quote from in the area. I definitely recommend them for repairs! Pics are before and after.

This jewelry store is my go-to place for birthday gifts, for repairs and for just in-case-I-find-something. I love this store and Belinda's knowledge. I have a favorite ring that I wear from time to time which Belinda created for me. Every time I wear it it makes me smile. My parents loved this store too. It's been around forever and that's a good thing.

Worst service ever, and it was the owner, Belinda Coffrin who was my salesperson. I brought in an Ebel watch for the addition of a link and a "SpaCleaning". They had it well over 6 weeks and never got around to working on it. I called every few days and was often told Belinda was out. When I did reach her she would often tell me jeweler wasn't in. I continually asked her to check on status and call me back which she never did. I finally went back thoroughly disgusted and retrieved it in it's original condition.

Love them. My watch stopped and a band came loose. I was wary to bring my time piece to businesses along the trail who advertised Rolex servicing for $2-$300 or anyone for that matter. However, I happened upon them one day after grabbing a fresh squeezed OJ next door. Their professional approach, prestige and care they showed won me over and I'm so pleased.

My 2005 timepiece is brand new and they happily cleaned my rings to perfection. The servicing of my watch wasn't cheap, but you get what you pay for! Thank you, Donna, for your stellar customer service. This is the only place I will go to purchase or have my jewelry serviced.

The people at Coffrin are wonderful. My mother needed to have her rings cleaned and sized. She is elderly and suffers from dementia and I was concerned about her losing her rings or the possibility that they could be stolen from her at her care facility. I wanted to preserve my mother's property and her sense that her possessions are still hers, even if she is no longer able to make decisions about them, but I also wanted to be sure that her rings are safe.

It was a difficult and emotionally charged situation. I went to Coffrin and they were very understanding. They have helped others with my dilemma, as was clear from their knowledge and sensitivity. They made good, practical suggestions. They also verified that I am who I say I am and that I am my mother's daughter, all in a professional and sensitive way.

Not a big fan of jewelry stores but they have the best selection of Reactor watches in town. Reactor such a good watch, s specifically for diving but great for everyday wear. The five stars represents the helpfulness I receive from the staff whenever I'm in there.
