Tiffany is an EXCELLENT sales person! Next level customer service and personal attention make the experience all that more enjoyable! I will mention that upon first entering King's this past Saturday I was struck by the feeling that I did not belong there. It is wall to wall diamonds and I cannot fathom the money their customers make in order to afford the items they sell.

That said, my Fiance and I went to King's to get my engagement ring resized. My ring is nothing to sneeze at either mind you, I don't know what he spent to buy me this beautiful thing. Anyway. I am a plus sized woman and comfortable in my body, but the first woman I dealt with made me feel like I had above average finger sizes and TOLD me I wanted a bigger size even AFTER I told her the EXACT size I wanted.

I wanted an 8, I have worn stainless steel costume rings in an 8 for years and have never had any issues save being a little too tight sometimes on hotter days. The woman (NOT TIFFANY) was not rude, but she was very adamant that I wanted an eight and a half. I assumed I should defer to her expert opinion and agreed. When i went to pick this ring up, this is when I got to deal with Tiffany, it was so big that there was no way it would have stayed on my finger, it was slightly bigger than an eight and a half. Tiffany was SO kind to us and accommodating, she went above and beyond to make sure it was done correctly and to the right size (8.25) and made sure I knew that my rings will fit differently when I have a wedding band next to it.

I had to wait no more than 45 minutes for the second resizing and IT IS FLAWLESS! The jeweler they have there is top notch! I am so happy with my experience and the next time we go we will ask for Tiffany!

Surprisingly deep collection! Was nearby and the watch fair billboards brought us in. well worth the visit to get a head full of watch ideas. Kelly was super patient and put a whole lot of fine pieces out for consideration. Thanks!

I am very pleased with the service I received from Mark! I came into the store looking to get my opal and sterling silver ring sized down. Mark let me know the ins and outs of working with silver and opal, and also made double sure that they would actually be able to size my ring. Not only were they able to do the job, they got it done early! I love when a place under promises and over delivers.

SUPERIOR service they had a Gorilla watch that was sold out through the company my birthday was coming and wanted it as a gift to myself only to realize i did not get over night and my bday was in three days. I called rhe next day told rhem i forgot to put next day mail that i wanted it for my birthday they told do not worry about it we will send it over night complimentary. Incredible. I really enjoyed my experience at this jewelry store. This is not your chain mall jewelry store. This is an obvious privately owned store, that caters to those who desire quality jewelry and one of kind pieces. Our sales person was Michael White and he was wonderful to work with. There was no push to have me purchase something and he was very generous with his time to allow me to look and try on whatever I wanted to see. They have a great selection of high quality jewelry.

In the spirit of being fair, I have to update this review. I did go back over to Kings jewelers several times since my last review because they had some products that I wanted to take a look at and I could only do that through them. That being said, the service that I received was Great, and nothing like previous experience. I'm going to chalk up my previous experience to everyone has an off day, so that being said give these guys a try. Their selection of timepieces is the best in all of middle Tennessee, and probably the Southeast.

I've had a few recent experiences with King, all good. I had an engagement ring customized in house by their jeweler. Had help with selecting wedding bands and a few other items. I've ordered a pendant from the store in Florida that arrived here the next day. I'll be back unless my wife swears off of jewelry.

When I started looking for a diamond for my beautiful girlfriend, I knew I wanted to buy from someone that could help explain to me what I was looking at. And why it was a great diamond. Not only did Denice do that. She never tried to push anything on me. She was so kind and so helpful. I recently purchased my second Cartier watch from King Jewelers in under a year. I must say, I am above impressed with the service I received from Debby! She is truly a special person, and treated me like gold! I always love coming in the store and seeing new watch inventory. I was hesitant to purchase my new watch, because I was unsure the style would work for me. Debby was always kind and patient with me, especially with the multiple times I came in to visit the watch. She never made me feel like I was wasting her time. This is what made me buy the watch. of course I also love it! Thank you for a wonderful experience!

I have had my Tag watch cleaned and repaired several times at King Jewelers and have had positive experiences each time. The person helping me each time has been attentive, friendly and helpful. The work on my watch has alwqys been done completely and well within the estimated time. King Jewelers has earned my business.

I have never had such amazing customer service in my life. I flew in from out of town and needed my ring repaired before my engagement party in four days. I arrived at the store to find them closed for renovations but they still fit me in and repaired the band and secured my diamond in four hours for half the cost of other estimates! Came here with my soon-to-be sister in law. My fiance and I had just recently gotten engaged. She came into town this weekend and was really looking forward to look at rings, for her own engagement. We came in around noon, no one was in there. Debby the sales associate "helped" us, however she seemed like she was in an awful mood. She almost seemed annoyed to even help us at all.

She honestly seemed like she had no clue about rings. She was zero help, very off-putting. Security guard came and sat like about 6 feet from us, which was even more odd. All the rings she showed us didn't fit and were fake diamonds. She didn't mention any grade or clarity even once. I think she only showed us about 4 different cuts and didn't really explain the different settings available. If you want a shop that genuinely cares, this isn't the place to go to.

I'm a young guy who happens to own some nice watches. I'm not sure if the appraisal guy there was thinking he could take advantage of my youth or if he just doesn't care to rip people off. Brought in 3 used watches (30k worth in used condition) and he offered 15000. I know everyone has to make money but the offer was a joke.

I'm embarrassed for them. My guess many of these reviews are paid or are a gimmick. These guys are worse than ever. I thought it was awful in 2018, they have proved to have even worse customer service in 2020. These sales people are clueless. God only knows what they could accomplish if they had anyone with sense working. I'll be glad to give specifics if anyone wants them. I'm honestly at a loss for words with the incompetence I just experienced. Shame on me for giving them a second chance.

My wife and I bought our wedding rings from King Jewelers. Denice is awesome. She got my wife exactly what she wanted. If I could give King Jewelers and Denice ten stars I would.

We worked with Denise and Paul on a custom engagement ring and wedding band. We redid a family ring and I recommend their work 1000%. Paul did an AMAZING job perfecting my custom wedding band to fit my. engagement ring perfectly. (Even when he let me take my engagement ring early because I was traveling back home and wanted to show it off .)They brought in a couple different stones for me to pick from to get exactly what I wanted.

No gimmicks on paying for an expensive ring. I love my custom ring and they made it very affordable! The entire staff was very inviting everytime we went in. I would recommend this place over and over again!

My now fiance and I worked with Mark. He was very professional, helped explain all the differences, helped us understand by looking through loop (helps magnify diamond) at the main differences and finding the best value of diamond. My fiance picked up my ring right as they were closing for Covid! There were some things about the setting that weren't quite right.

As soon as they opened, Mark had the jeweler make all the adjustments we wanted and size it. He basically had them build a whole new setting! It's seriously the most gorgeous ring and setting I've ever seen (but I may be biased).

I stopped in at King Jewelers to get my rings resized. The store is lovely, and the service was wonderful. My husband has purchased things from them in the past as well (a lovely rose gold chain that I wear almost daily), and everything has always been of the best quality. Definitely not a discount shop. They sell lovely, expensive, quality pieces. But definitely check them out if you're shopping for quality items.

I went in to get sized for my engagement ring the lady who greeted us rolled her eyes and said sure. She was extremely rude and had no interest in helping us find the correct size. Hope others don't have this experience. I took the sizing ring off and walked right out.

Terrific experience with this retailer. I was in town for the weekend and saw a hard-to-find - no, make that impossible to find - Grand Seiko "Snowflake" watch. The salespeople were extremely low-key, low-pressure, but well-informed and friendly. I did not purchase the watch while in the store but, on Sunday, after the fact (on the flight home) decided to pull the trigger.

The watch was shipped out to me the next business day, upgraded for free to overnight shipping, and in my hands this morning in perfect shape with all supporting tags, papers and insurance documents (as well as a lovely note from the salesperson and a complimentary Grand Seiko hardcover book about the brand's history. Shopping for an expensive watch can be as much of a high-pressure-sales experience as buying a car, but not here - would definitely recommend.

They are friendly because they want to make you feel comfortable and like you have a trusting bond with them, but do your research! My experience was like working with a used car dealership. I visited 3 different times and final was when ready to make purchase and learned our great deal was full retail. They will act like you are getting a 70k ring for 50k when after you break it down it's retail of 50k to begin with AND low quality. Just be careful! I don't want someone making a purchase and thinking they are getting something their not.

This is the best jewelry store in Nashville! I used King Jewelers in Nashville and had an incredible experience. Tiffany helped me choose the perfect engagement ring! She was very knowledgeable and took her time explaining the different types of rings to make sure I picked the perfect one. Ask to see Tiffany when you go. She rocks!

If you love fine jewelry and timepieces this is your store. They represent many of the finest brands in the world and the staff is exceptional. Mark is my usual sales associate but they are all great!

King Jewelers were great! The knowledgeable staff worked with me to help choose the perfect Rolex watches for my husband and myself! They went over and above to get the style I wanted delivered in time for my husband's birthday. I couldn't be happier

Beware, do not fall for the special on Tacori ring, they are not an authorized Tacori retailer. Tacori had dropped them as a dealer will not honor the warranty on any ring purchase from this retailer. Because of the poor quality of the wedding band along with missing authentication, I file a return based on their policy that "engraved wedding band may be returned".

King Jeweler altered their return their policy in an attempt to avoid return. See images below for the snapshot of the policy I took at 12:24am the morning of and the altered one at 9:34pm that same day after I file for return. They are as fraudulent as they come. Even street thugs are not that fraudulent. If you run into issues with them, do not hesitate to contact your credit card company to dispute with them. Gather your evidence before alerting King or your credit card company so you can use it or else they will alter their policy to screw you over.

I've had two rings resized here and one for a stone replacement. The staff is very friendly and thorough! The most recent ring was my engagement ring that needed to be resized, and I told them that I had just got it a couple of days ago, so they said they would try to get it done quickly, within a couple of days. But then about 2 hours after I left, they called me and said it was done!

I was so surprised. They said that Monday is the slowest day, and that they wanted to do my ring quickly because I had only just got it and was obviously eager to wear it again. A few months back I had them replace an amethyst and a sapphire that had fallen out of one of my own rings, and they did a great job, it looked even better than when it was new. I haven't looked at what they have for sale there, but I can highly recommend their repairing and resizing services!

I was looking for a new watch and some friends recommended I go to King Jewelers- so glad I took their advice! I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and ended up working with Denice. She was very knowledgeable and after talking about my likes and dislikes, helped me find the watch of my dreams- a gorgeous Rolex. Unfortunately it was a little out of my price range and I was sure I was going to leave empty-handed. Denice was very understanding and assured me that she could find something I loved just as much that also fit my budget.

She led me to the Tudor case and explained it was a subsidiary of Rolex- so I'd get the same quality but at a lower price. I ended up finding a watch that I loved and decided to treat myself. I left, thinking that'd be the end of it, but a few days later I received a hand-written thank you note from Denice. I'm a frequent shopper, so I've gotten cookie-cutter "thanks for shopping" notes before, but this one was very personal- consider me impressed! My experience at Kings was great, and I'll be visiting them for all my watch and jewelry purchases from here on out.
