I have been purchasing from Sunshine jewelery for many years now, at least 19 to be candid. Their shipping is timely, customer service is friendly and helpful. Thank you so much for your service.

I reached out the company about my necklace set that has already starting to tarnish, and only worn them a few times, now I haven't heard from any one! I have ordered in the past, and this time, it's bad!

This place is a scam. And that is so crazy that I bought the most expensive package just to find out that the company does not honor its guarantees. Do yourself a favor and find your jewelry elsewhere.

Does not ship items in pics, they sent me off brand jewelry that was similar and very fake

First I placed an order in which was not received. I tried to contact the customer service number multiple times in which the voicemail stated that they were not in the office and so therefore I was unable to contact anyone in reference to my order. I had to do a chargeback on the credit card considering the items were never received. I tried again to place another order to try to get the items.

I received an email from whom I am assuming is the owner of sunshine jewelry stating that I am no longer welcome at his company due to the chargeback that was provided to me by my credit card company and " o but you can email all of a sudden". Very rude and unprofessional nevertheless sounds very biased. I thoroughly explained that I would not want to spend my money with anyone of this magnitude.

It's a shame people are willing to lose the integrity and reputation of their company by being rude to the very people that are responsible for keeping them up and running. I would suggest spending your hard earned money at another establishment.

I will never buy another thing from Sunshine Jewerly, I tried to talk the owner he talk to me like a dog, I spent 180 dollars at this places bc I love bangles my bangles turned a different color please be careful buying from these people
